Y’all literally will never get service from me or my family again …. Y’all don’t even care about how y’all let food go out anymore. Me and my husband’s food was so horrible that we literally took one bite a peace and threw that crap in the trash. It’s a shame that we spend that much money just to have to throw it away. My family and I went threw the drive threw at and got lunch 2 happy meals and two combos there was only us and 2 other cars in drive threw with no one inside at all yet all of our food was cold and tasted as if it was cooked yesterday and the buns for the burgers was stale and

Update to the previous review from a couple of years ago. Though this McDonald’s was was improving with a few hiccups here and there they really messed up one of my latest orders. Not once, not twice and usually third time is a charm ,but not this time. There was a Cheesy Jalapeno QPC that was ordered minus the cheese sauce. Upon opening the box for the first time there was no cheese slices nor bacon. This prompted a trip back to the store. I really wasn’t in the mood to do that after working 15 hours, but I really wanted the sandwich to be correct. When arriving to the store I was greeted by two employees standing outside at the door. The inside of the store wasn’t very busy but the drive up was backed up. After waiting my turn I showed the I’m guessing manager the mistake. She said they would fix it and apologized for the inconvenience. She proceeded to wave the two outside to come in. After waiting for around 5 minutes she hastily walked to the door and told the two employees that they needed to get back to work. After waiting for around 10 minutes the sandwich finally came out. The manager instructed me to check it. Once again it wasn’t right. This time missing cheese slices. So she sent it back to be corrected. After another 5 minutes or so it came back out. This time she bagged it, apologized again, and sent me on my way. At this time I was too tired to eat or even look at the sandwich. I took it to work the next day. To my utter disbelief the sandwich was once again wrong. No top bun and it looked like a train wreck. After 15 to 20 minutes waiting for this thing to be right it’s still wrong. I contacted McDonald’s on the website. I got an auto response saying they will forward it to the store. Needless to say it’s a roll of the dice going to this location. I still go to this location I just make sure to look at everything in the bag before leaving. This location was remodeled so the atmosphere is nice.

Check your receipts! I have had meals upsized without asking, sauces tacked on that I didn’t ask for and never received, been charged for an upsize and didn’t receive it – the list goes on. I resorted to mobile orders to avoid others ringing up my stuff and it still comes out incorrect and cold. So disappointing :/

Workers was friendly for the most part, it was roughly an hour before closing so they was probably ready to go home. Food was correct, Only left out the sauces that I ordered and paid for….. I mentioned it and they gave it to me so no issue there. I ordered a Caramel Frappe on the app and customized it for them to put 3 times more caramel than normal (paid a good bit extra for them to add a lot more)…… When I got it though it had the normal amount on it So if you order a caramel frappe you might as well just order the frappe as is so you’re not paying a lot more for something you’re not getting

Came here tonight and got 3 chicken nugget happy meals. Easy enough right? WRONG. One of the happy meals did not have chicken nuggets. Instead, a box of mystery sauce? How???
Maybe if the kids working here were actually working instead of playing with each other, less orders would get messed up. Seems to be the norm in fast food.
The only reason I gave this a two star is because they offered to replace the happy meal.
