This place has my favorite drink the Carmel frappe that I always get extra caramel drizzle x 3 which is the maximum amount the app will let you order. For some reason this location acts like the caramel drizzle is coming out of their paycheck. I go daily, every single day almost and purchasing two large frappe’s; one for me and one for my mom and every time it doesn’t matter, you can barely tell the difference in my mom‘s that’s just regular and mine that’s supposed to have three times as much caramel drizzle. I have the pictures to prove it. I also can upload pictures from the Talladega McDonald’s, and the Colombiana McDonald’s and the Pell City McDonald’s because all of them they know how to add three times the caramel drizzle but for some reason my hometown location in Childersburg, where I live, acts like it’s liquid gold and are stingy with the caramel. I’m paying for extra and that means EXTRA is what I want. I mentioned it to the night manager and her excuse was it’s down in the side of the cup. Yeah it’s supposed to be there every time not just when you’re ordering extra.. Please do better McDonald’s in Childersburg!

If I could give a zero star I would. Every time I come here it’s ALWAYS a 10-15 minute wait. Tonight we ordered. Had to wait 10 mins, food finally comes out get home fry are cold soggy and absolutely disgusting and the LARGE fry was halfway filled. My husband calls to let them know he wasn’t satifised with the service and they asked him if he wanted a job. Childersburg McDonald’s is an absolute joke! $4.69 for a large order of fries! What!?!?!?!?!?!? The container wasn’t even full! I got a large coke and large fry, and the total was just shy of $8.00! What have we come to when an order of fries (equated to less than 1 medium size Idaho potato!) costs as much as a 3 lb bag of potatoes! I won’t do that again! They have always been stingy with the drizzle and I add chocolate drizzle to my Carmel Frapp every time for an add on of .25. But this last time, is the last time I will bother going by this McDonalds! There was barely a squirt of whip cream, carmel drizzle & the chocolate drizzle plus the Frapp was more liquid instead of blended. When I asked them to at least add more drizzle I was told no that was all they allow (I simply know that’s not a McDonald’s policy so it has to be the manager or

This is a great updated McDonald’s. They have a self-service kiosk up front in case no one is there or you just don’t want to interact with anyone. Food came out about 5 minutes after ordering. I decided to dine in. The seats and tables had crumbs but nothing a napkin can’t fix. They had the TV on which was nice for not eating in silence. It was a nice view from where I sat. If I ever pass through Alabama again, I’d definitely stop here again.

They messed up my order, and i had to come from home back to the restaurant to get it fixed. I The manager did not apologize! I ask for 2 extra sauce as a courtesy, and the manager went back and forth about 85 cent. Really!!! Just to get home again and my order is incorrect again. Yet no answers when you call … EVER!!! My drink wasn’t filled up, and they blamed the machine. The manager tonight showed poor customer service and leadership.

Im done. Im just done. I’ll never go back to this place. They seem nice but everything else sucks. I stop by every morning for breakfast since we opened a new business here in town. The other day they forgot my oatmeal, they forget cream and sugar for my coffee all the time or put it inside when I ask for it on the side. They always forget condiments. I ordered a big breakfast with hotcakes instead of three hotcakes they gave me three McGirl buns. They replaced the three hotcakes this morning, but I also ordered a chicken biscuit combo. And I ask for mustard that I did not receive again but on top of that the chicken is literally burnt. I am not exaggerating you guys. I will post the pictures below check it out. So now I get to eat a dry biscuit on top of it being burnt. Never, never, never again. I will be going elsewhere for breakfast every day. 7 days a week. See how much that adds up to be. $12-$16 dollars a day times 7 days a week ♀️ ♀️ Good job guys! $84-$119 a week loss
