Second door dash that I’ve received with less than half the items missing or not even close to the correct items. Two cheeseburgers instead of two chicken nuggets. A Coke instead of a sprite.
The first time I called them, they basically said there was nothing they can do other than me ordering the items again. Which meant either me going to get them again. (I was at work and ordering for my kids)
Or me ordering again, paying the delivery fee again. And paying the tip again. Which it’s not the Dasher fault. This is McDonald’s fault.
It took 10 calls tonight. And still no answer from the local restaurant. So we are just missing half of our food. And hope that I can get a refund tomorrow when I can finally reach somebody or dispute it with my bank. (Not a sprite or nuggets in sight)

Update. 27 calls in and still no answer.

I ordered from this McDonald’s through DoorDash and was extremely disappointed. My burger came with no meat, the bacon was raw, there was no straws, and the sauces I specifically ordered (and paid for) were missing. This shows a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control. I expect better from McDonald’s, and I hope management addresses these issues so future customers don’t have the same experience.

If I didn’t have to give a star to share my experience I would give them zero stars. The GM is unprofessional. I spoke to her on her cell phone after one of her employers gave me her number to make a complaint. However , she agree to remake the order but the order was still burnt. She was upset and only gave me $15.00 for three burnt sandwiches because the other two were not burnt. She said that’s the best she could do was give me my money back for only three sandwiches which I feel like it was a lie. All they had to do was change the cooking oil and watch the meat as it cooked but instead only two of my kids ate out of four until I went to another restaurant to get them something to eat. Now I’m not racist but all the older white people food was hot and fresh but our food was burnt. This is not acceptable and I’ve spoke with the corporate office. I’m sharing these photos to show how burnt our sandwiches were. They will never get my business again and my kids love McDonalds

First, they ran out of Sweet Tea. That’s the most unsouthern thing to hear at the drive thru. Second, get home and 90% of the fries were hard as a rock. Third, they forgot my Sweet and Sour sauce for the nuggets. Spent $27 on like half edible food. Oh, and got Dr. Pepper instead of Coca Cola on both meals. Paying attention to the button on the machine is difficult to read when the focus is with others coworkers and others in drive thru. Should have went with my gut and went to Chick Fil A when he said they were out of Sweet Tea.

Ice cream machine has “been down” for weeks. Went there 2 hours before close. No one answered in the drive thru after sitting for 10 minutes. Tried to go in, a young man slammed the door shut in my face and said he’d tell the people i’m in the drive thru. Nothing. after 10 more minutes, not a word. Last time I came yall said yall weren’t taking orders and my app wouldn’t let me cancel. This was after telling the person at the speaker I had a mobile order and her saying hold on. Then 10 minutes later the man said yall weren’t taking orders. So thirty minutes of my time wasted because you guys can’t run a business all before 10pm.

I decided to return today ordering on the app again. I ordered for my family. I ordered a $5 hotnspicy mcchicken meal deal, a Big Mac, a 10 piece nugget, and a 6piece happy meal. Of course there was no sauce in any bag. I also did not receive the 6 piece nugget for the happy meal. Yall gave us a cheeseburger instead. I also did not receive the spicy mcchicken or the 4 piece nugget for the meal deal. I literally don’t understand why it’s so hard to read a receipt. And of course it’s impossible to be refunded for missing items on the app. I will no longer give this location any money. I don’t know why this location hasn’t closed yet.

The lady at the window was nice. However my breakfast was nasty. The eggs on my egg mcmuffins tasted like they had been hard boiled and then microwaved to cook them even more. Just tasted nasty. I would leave a photo but I already fed it to my dog. I was hungry and now I’m just disappointed.

I was sitting in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes before anyone came to take my order. Eventually, an employee came outside and asked if I was picking up a DoorDash order. I told him no, I just wanted to place an order. He then told me it’s best not to come to this store around 9:30 or 10 p.m. — but the store is open, right? He went back inside to take my order, and when someone finally did, they had an attitude. The girl at the window was also rude. On top of that, my food was cold and the bottom bun was crunchy like it had been sitting out. The employees are awful, and the food quality was poor. Do better, McDonald’s. Corporate defiantly needs to get involved here!!

I stayed in the drive thru line for 10 minutes. Drove around waited two no one came to the window so i tried the drive thru again to no luck. Came inside every employee was sitting down. Then when i said i was waiting theyre gonna tell me theyre off the clock besides two. Then they get in the kitchen cursing because the man that was behind me the second time in the drive thru was ill. These yoing kids and this manager this evening needs to go. The manager seen me twice sitting in the drive thru as he or she was bringing trash out. This is pathetic. If yall need a manager to run the store yall need to hire a better one to speak for your company!!
Then I spend 15 minutes inside before getting my order complete. 5:46 pm i got here at 5:22
