New Building. Same horrible service. Waited in line 15 minutes. Waited for half of my food for 10 more while the other I did receive went cold. Got back in line for 5 minutes. Only to have my remade food pushed out the window in a bag that looked like it been in a fight. Requested a refund and the young lady was cert nice about it. We ordered from the kiosks because that’s the only way to order at this location. It took 45 minutes to get our order. My husband had to go up to the counter, where he was ignored. Finally get an employee to notice him. Ask where our order was? The young lady who brought it out was nice. Items were forgotten. Dining room was not clean. I even saw an employee move 1 or the 2 high chairs at a table, place it back without wiping it off. New McDonalds but same old service!

Took an hour to receive food after the reopening because my ticket was lost during a reboot of the their card machines. Then was given cold food that had been sitting. We have a Church group that meets every Mon, Wed, and Fri. Sense the new remodel there is no way to set together, it is freezing in side, and no counter to order from, only the electric machine. Because of this we have gone to a different location. The staff is still good and so is the owner. The new design just does not suit our needs, sorry but you have lost 12 customers. I will still use the drive thru but not the inside. Thanks James Cash

On my way to work this morning I stopped by at this McDonald’s. Went through at the drive thru a simple order you would have thought they wouldn’t messed up. “Sausage biscuit combo with orange juice”. Got to window and was told juice machine down. Exchange for sprite. Oh well got food and drove off. Sprite tastes like carbonated water and was furious that workers don’t know the difference between sausage or spicy chicken. I will not recommend going here
