This location has gotten much better since it seems they have gotten rid of the grumpy lady working the drive thru window. Everyone is much nicer now. The inside still needs some work as far as cleanliness. As a former Fast Food & Restaurant Manager of multiple locations I would be making sure it was nice & clean.

Stayed at the Loves Truck Stop and went in about 9:30pm and decided to get something to eat at the McDonalds. First thing to note this is McDonalds is not operated by Loves. The night manager, an older woman with glasses and short graying hair was extremely rude and after spotting another truck driver sitting in the dining room eating his meal, she walked to behind the counter and said those a$$ holes never listen. F’ing drivers so sick of them. Well first off, no one knew the dining room was closed and or the restaurant was closing. No signage anywhere posting hours and as people continued to walk in she continued to get an attitude. So suggestion would be close and lock the doors and or put out a sign stating the hours and as it nears closing time when it is officially closing time close the doors. What has happened to customer service?? I understand working with the public isn’t easy, but plain and simple being rude to customers doesn’t help the cause. Quite sad this is the new world. Did speak with the manager at Loves who said he would inform his GM as they have been getting more complaints but sadly they can’t do anything. This trucker will never utilize this McDonalds again.

One of the cleanest McDonald’s I’ve ever been in. Great friendly staff. Hot fresh food and their coffee machine is working! Lots of smiling faces. Very good experience here.

This place is just consistently bad. I say this sadly because this exit is the closest to my house and I’ve tried to go here occasionally over the years but the only time you can get fresh food is if you go during a rush hour and wait in a long line otherwise you will be getting food that has been sitting around for I would guess an hour, two maybe more? If you really want McDonald’s do yourself a favor and go to the next exit in Moody and go to that one.

The details of this review is a mad angry customer. Waiting in line for over 10 minutes for breakfast. Clearly it was before 10.15 am McDonald’s has made sure they let you know they stop serving breakfast at 10.30. well low and behold waiting does you no good if it’s not before 10. Because they will come up with every excuse and delay your time in the drive thru, until breakfast is over so they don’t have to serve it anymore. I was told by a waffle house employee that we should stay clear of McDonald’s and this was not an employee trying to get another business customer. She said it with deep sincerity and meaning.And I took it like the food is wonky so be aware.I will never, ever, ever, go to this McDonald’s or any for that matter. Ever again.
