The poor service affects the atmosphere at this McDonald’s. People yelling to be served. I have given this location so many tries and finally I am writing a review. DO NOT GO HERE unless you can wait 30-45 minutes. Even if you go inside. It’s a bummer that they aren’t efficient. It would be a money pit. The lines are long but cars are always pulling away because of the long wait. Then more cars come and leave. You’re honestly better off just going to a restaurant especially for breakfast.

Tasha was AMAZING!! I don’t normally come inside but I decided to today and I’m glad I did. Tasha greeted us, told us about a spin the wheel promotion, was extremely friendly and helpful the entire experience. It makes me want to come back to this location specifically to see her. I haven’t received customer service like this ever from McDonald’s, keep up the great work!

Do not order from here with Uber Eats or another company. The fries are old and stale as if they don’t want to throw them out and waste them they wait for them to be delivered to people because they know they won’t have to hear it. So I repeat do not order McDonald’s through Uber Eats or anything. Make sure your fries are perfectly warm and salty not stale and hard as a rock

This is without a shadow of a doubt the WORST McDonalds in Port St Lucie, and that’s saying something because I’m pretty sure one of them has bullet holes in the window. Slowest drive thru, the curbside option is a lie, and it’s a 50% gamble on if your order will be fully intact.

This is a 24 hour McDonald’s. Pulled up to the drive-through at 3:14 after ER vet visit with the dog girl at the drive-through says they’re closed while there’s a bunch of kids playing in the lobby having a good old time. Clearly they have no problem, losing money and service for the owners.

I placed a mobile order around 1:28 am at this location only to to be told they’re system was down a young girl said they were counting money, and the system would be back up. I asked how long that would take she stated about 30 minutes because it was only her and another employee. I told the young girl fine I will wait because I already placed a mobile order. I saw customer inside getting their orders and parked in the parking lot, waited over an hour customers went around only to not be serviced at drive thru. I went inside at 2:41 am only yo be told by the other young girl that they just closed, and I told her that I had a mobile order and waited in the parking lot for over an hour, just to be told by her they just closed at 2:41 am and won’t be open until 4 am, and that I need to cancel my order. Very dissatisfied with this location. Employees just doing they’re own thing inside lying to customers instead of doing they’re job will not be returning to this location.

I went back to find my first review on this place and seems like they like to delete the bad reviews so I’ll do a short recap on what happened the first time I came to this McDonald’s… so this McDonald’s it’s closer to my work so I wanted to try it out, it took over an hour to get my food and while I was waiting in the lobby I had an employee follow and stalk me in there pretending to mop behind me while I’d move to the opposite side of the lobby. Kept getting close to me and then finally asked me if I had a boyfriend which I said yes and then still continued to stay by me and bother me while I was waiting on my food. He continued to make comments saying “you’re pretty though” “are you sure” all this for a big Mac? some of the other customers started catching on and the manager came out so he stopped but still kept staring at me. Super uncomfortable. Reported it never heard back from it. Went today to get food. The food was cold and under cooked. I got onions on my burger when I asked for none. Guess I’m driving to the opposite side of Port Saint Lucie for McDonald’s at this point bc this place is awful.

I placed a mobile order, and when I arrived, the “worker” claimed that they were “closed” ( See: Open 24Hrs ) and that they would not make my food ( which i would imagine would already be prepared, as it is a mobile order placed over 10 minutes prior. ) i explained the app said my order had already been processed, and I can not cancel my order and receive a refund the way she incessantly kept telling me I could. At which point I drove off. Either correct the information you advertise, or work on hiring competent staff.

They were obviously busy so it was slow getting to the window which is fine I get it. 1st window took my money, no issues there. Second window, HA nothing but attitude, I get your busy but dont snap off on me. I ordered my meal, asked for sweat and sour and honey mustard at the drive threw station. Get to the second qondow shebgives me my food I look in the bag to honey mustard or sweat and sower so I ask again she says to my fave its in the bag even tho I just said ot wasn’t so I ask again she basically throws them at me and then says you need to order them at the window, which I did and then she proceeded to call me a lier right after she lied and handed me the bag with no sauce. I dont get people. Why get mad at me because I called your bs lie? ♂️

I wish I could give zero stars. I went in expecting the usual quick meal and left shocked. My order was wrong, cold, and looked nothing like what was advertised. The counter staff were rude and dismissive when I asked for a fix; management never appeared. The dining area was sticky and littered with trays — it looked like no one had cleaned in hours. For the price I paid, the quality and service were appalling. I’m telling everyone I know to skip this place until they get their act together. If you care about your time and your money, go somewhere that actually values customers.
