Excellent location. Right between I95 and Turnpike. The place was clean, with plenty of parking spots, with options to place electronic order. The food was good as any McDonald and its standard menu. I think there is always opportunity to improve since I saw clients complaining about the service. My experience was good overall

Ordered a spicy chicken meal. I’d say burnt! And why the chicken pink in the middle? Also the fries taste like they’ve been sitting all day. I ended up throwing my whole meal out. Yall shoukdbe known you were gonna get a rush after the fireworks were finished and prepped properly. This location is a disappointment.

HOLY COW THIS PLACE SUCKS!!! Service is terrible, bathroom doesn’t work, food is worse than normal, and the entire restaurant is dirty. Literally sitting here now. Wish I wasn’t. Should have turned around and walked out. Would rather be bumper to bumper on the turnpike than here. There’s a chance this (yes this very) McDonald’s will be in one of the rings of hell. I don’t think I’ve overstated this point. Avoid at all costs. It does have ample parking and is easily accessible – the only glimmering point.

Went through the drive through nobody behind me was told to pull forward and park and she would bring it out. After waiting 20 minutes and watching others coming and going through the drive through… . I went in to find out what was happening to be told I wasn’t where she told me to park…I parked where she pointed…she gave me a bag with my order..cold fries….a burger that looked like it had been sat on and a split packet of syrup…didn’t want to go back in as her attitude was very rude when I went In after waiting. Maybe your sign for rudeness not being tolerated should ALSO mean your staff too. Maybe customer training needed at this branch

Great food. Unfortunately like so many McDonald’s this place and it’s level of service is getting colder and colder every year. The team should have jumped out right away after my first failed attempt at the Kiosk to help out. Instead they stood there and watched me almost drown in the technology. I hope the company changes their model, as a lifer, we might have to end this relationship if things don’t change. McMuffins and Fries can only carry a person so far. GOD Bless.

It’s not open at 530pm. We went through the drive-thru and it was 20 min after we placed the order. 2 cars behind us left. The nuggets are old, and the fries literally cold. We asked for a new order of fries and waited for them for another 3 to 4 minutes. I 100% believe they took the old fries and just deep-fried them because they came back smoking hot but chewy and tough. No salt.

I ordered through the McDonald’s app. I had to call and was hung up on. I waited a couple mins and called back. The manager had a disgusting attitude when I was trying to figure out why my order was canceled and about my second order. After telling me my food was there, she immediately hung up on me with her slick mouth. The food arrived, and the fries were burnt and stale from over cooking.

This place after 9pm is absolutely atrocious. People in here do not want to work. They say oh short staffed look in windows 5 of them in there just chatting on there phones. Standing around. Drive thru after 9 30min wait or they’ll just tell you they not taking any orders at all. Whoever is in charge needs to replace this whole crew. Or new management needs to be implemented. McDonald’s down the street has none of these issues.
