Walked in at roughly 2:10 somewhere around there with my boyfriend, the place was pretty packed. Actually placed an order on the kiosk by 2:17, most people had left, there was a family of 4 and one other lady waiting for food. My boyfriend and I went to sit and wait. We ended up waiting OVER 30 mins for 3 $5 meal deals, a frappe, and a triple cheeseburger. The last 10 mins we waited at the counter – where no one came to ask if we needed help, and we could see our bag of food sitting on the counter. It took them a little over 10 mins to add the 2 remaining drinks to the cupholder. Ended up leaving by 2:50? Our food was cold, my mcchicken with only cheese had no cheese, ohr drinks are watered down. I just wanted McDonald’s man and for it to take so much out of my day for there to be so many issues is insane.

Absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had.

I arrived at 1:36 PM and did not receive my food until 2:30 PM nearly an hour later. And even then, I had to essentially beg for someone to check on my order because nothing was coming out and no one was communicating with customers.

When the food finally came out, it was missing items and there was no barbecue sauce in the bag either. After waiting that long, the bare minimum would be getting the order right.

While waiting, I watched multiple people in the parking lot visibly frustrated saying they had been waiting over an hour as well. Inside the store, customers were openly complaining about both the quality of the food and the insane wait times. It was complete chaos.

To make matters worse, no manager apologized acknowledged the delay or took accountability for what was clearly a broken operation. No communication. No urgency. No care.

Words of advice
STOP TAKING ORDERS.
Catch up on the orders you already have instead of letting customers sit there indefinitely.

Truly a horrible experience. This location needs serious management intervention because this is not fast food it is a disaster.

I ordered through the application, they told me they couldnt process the order because “the system is down” and it would take 1 hour and a half and that usually always happens, but I live near the area and I usually order at this time and I never had no problem. I wanted to cancel the order and they told me wasn’t not possible either and now I have to wait 3 to 7 days to get my money back. If its a business that is open 24 hours a day, you shouldnt have this type of problem.

Mobile order and p/u at drive thru. Quick and hot just one small complaint and this is not the only McDonald’s that is bad about this: No napkins. Not even in the kids Happy Meals.

If you go to the store, order wrong or need to wait outside for your food, restaurants type, is a fast food. You order online? Wrong order, also seems like common sense isn’t applied, no napkins, no straw, ketchup even if you ask for it.

The slowest process I’ve ever seen. It’s honestly not just this McDonald’s, it’s all of them I’ve been to inside Kissimmee. Literally 40 minutes every time you come here, and the amount of customers doesn’t justify the wait. They make everyone park to the side while they prepare your food. What’s the point of a drive-thru to order then park? Then you wait for 40 minutes in the parking spot only to be given semi-cold food and missing condiments. They’ve managed to turn fast food into “slow” food. I’m never eating at McDonald’s again until I find a location that actually doesn’t take 90 years to get my food.
