Manager took out phone call request for a catered order as soon as they opened and while they were short staffed, without hesitation and as nice as she could be. The food was hot and ready shortly after we arrived for pick up. This food was for the AL State Disaster Drill, and the participants were extremely appreciative for the quick, efficient, and delicious food and service we were given. Thanks again for being outstanding at your job so we can be for our jobs!

Love love love this Chick-fil-A location. Fast friendly service, accurate order experience AND a mobile scan drive through makes this location GREAT on the way to or from the beach.

I ordered no bacon on my Cobb salad and could literally smell the pork before even opening the container when I got home. Unfortunately I waited until I got home to open the bag or else I would have taken it back.

Just the usual fantastic service and atmosphere you expect from people serving Jesus’s ! Ordered with ease and hadn’t even placed my number on my table before a crew member was walking behind me to place my order on the table. Dining area was super clean. ️ biscuit was on point. Parking is a little tighter than some locations though.

Every time I come here there’s something wrong with my food. I asked for American cheese and no tomatoes. The nice kid taking my order put it in the system-it’s literally on the label- and of course theres extra tomatoes and pepper jack cheese on it. I don’t normally leave reviews like this but it’s EVERY TIME I go. No marks on the service, everyone was nice. But the food is always wrong in some way and it’s extremely disappointing from a chick fil A. Also, why is there so much lettuce? Like it’s literally a lettuce sandwich at this point, please do better.

This morning around 10 o’clock, I visited Chick-fil-A with a specific craving for a chicken sandwich. I asked the employee if I could order one, and she replied that it was too early because lunch starts at 10:30. While I understood the timing, I then requested some french fries to substitute for hashbrowns with my breakfast. To my surprise, she told me no again. I was baffled by this response and questioned her reasoning, but she just shrugged it off and laughed with another employee as if my request was a joke.
Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager. After pulling around, I spoke with him, and he firmly stated that it was against policy to accommodate my request. I pressed him, saying, “You can physically make this happen, so please just give me some french fries as a substitute.” His response remained the same: “We can’t do that.” Next, I inquired about speaking to the owner, hoping for a different outcome, I asked if he was there, and he said no. I then asked if he could call him, and he said yes. Afterwards, I pulled up to the drive-through window. Another man named Brad Green came out to talk to me. I asked, “So, are you the owner of Cobbs Ford Road in Prattville, Alabama, at this location?” Mr. Brad Green confirmed that he is the owner of that location.
When I spoke with Mr. Green, I reiterated my request and asked why I couldn’t simply have french fries with my breakfast. He repeated that they just couldn’t do it. At this point, I made it clear that there’s a difference between “can’t” and “won’t.” It felt like the real issue was their unwillingness to accommodate my simple request. Despite my attempts to explain this, he laughed it off at first but then became serious and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. after he threatened to call the cops on me I asked for the other manager’s name as well that I was speaking to and told me do not worry about that only worry about me and my name Very rudely.
This entire situation was unnecessary and could have been resolved easily with a straightforward yes. I was simply a paying customer looking to enjoy my meal, and it’s disappointing that this experience turned into such a hassle.

What’s not to like. Good food and great people. I know many of the workers, so I’m greeted by my name when I pull up to the drive thru or go inside. I know chick fil a usually scores low on drive thru efficiency but that’s because they don’t make you pull up after you pay like every other fast food joint. I’ve never waited what I would consider an unreasonable amount of time except when the car in front had a big order or multiple orders. Come on people, go inside for that. The food is good but may I recommend the frosted coffee, it will change your life.
