I reluctantly entered a massively crowded restaurant expecting a long wait to order and to get my food. Order time took less than 5 minutes. The wait for food was less that 10 (I actually didn’t time it, but my 5year old granddaughter didn’t get restless). This restaurant is well managed and everyone is well trained and friendly. I will not hesitate to go again during the lunch rush.

The only downfall to this specific Chick-fil-A is the drive thru, Due to the way the property was built, there’s only two ways in and out. You order your food facing the exits, pick up your order facing facing away from the exit. Drive thru logistics are not user friendly…There’s only one drive thru lane and once you get your food, you have to negotiate the wrap around the building drive thru traffic. When they are busy, it’s difficult getting out. Better to go in or order curbside or go to the other Prattville location.

They hire people who just don’t care about their employees and have never left high school cliques. Two female managers in particular who are incredibly Rude and will refuse to even help. I do not recommend this place at all anymore due to management and their terrible practices with employees.
