Order through drive thru the $5 meal deal with and extra 4piece nugget on the side, got to the first window and the young lady drop my money she apologized but I guess she was moving too fast, proceeded to the next window and the young lady forgot my 4 piece nugget so I showed her my receipt and she gave it to me but she did stated, “oh I had forgot to put it in the bag”, didn’t really complain much but McDonald’s did give me uncooked nuggets and I’ve been calling them I’m not getting no response from them at all. I will not be returning to that McDonald’s ever again even though I stay 2 minutes away that’s ridiculous they need to do better and cook food the proper way giving a pregnant woman uncooked nuggets is very disgusting and disrespectful.

I accidentally, unknowingly placed a Curbside Order for a different McDonalds. Initially frustrated that the order was taking a while to be delivered, I went into the restaurant to check-in with Staff. Alberto greeted me warmly, kindly explained the mistake I made, and went out of his way to help me correct the issue. He could have easily just told me to go pick up my order from the other McDonalds, but instead chose to help me at his. For that reason, I will happily recommend and return to this McDonalds anytime! Alberto, you are wonderful, thank you so much for your excellent service ❤️

Drive thru person was the rudest person there. Manager was iliterate. I showed her my app for a free happy meal. She kept saying it was for points after i showed her 3 times that its for a reward. She kept saying its for points. I’m not dumb i just refused to keep arguing with someone who doesnt possess enough cognitive knowledge to know the difference between points and a reward. I was using 6000 points towards a free happy meal. Not to earn points. I understand what it says on your end and you have a job to do. However, maybe honor some of your customers requests and understand apps fail at times. Its no wonder this McDonald’s has a 3 star rating. It should be a 1 star if you ask me.

This McDonald’s has been here forever and is usually fine if you dine in. Do not ever order from a delivery app from this location, however.
Every time my order comes from here there are missing or prepared wrong. Today it was like they just put random sandwiches in a bag without bothering to look at the print out. On the bright side, I learned I don’t care for McGriddles. Not that I had ordered either of the ones that arrived.
They obviously don’t care about your order if you aren’t there in person to correct them. Avoid this location.

On 7/11/2024 approx 12:20 purchased a deluxe spicy Mc crispy meal medium with fries. Spirit . The service was very slow , so my daughter went in to pick up the order ,it took so long that my dad came inside the store ( order 1678) when I got home with my food , I noticed MOLD on the bread of my sandwich and sandwich was sloppily prepared – I have a picture ! I tried using my mobile app and for some reason it didn’t work, the manager who was taking orders at the window told me she couldn’t control the app and couldn’t honor the free cheesburger, i asked for a manager and she stated she was the manager. I asked to go to the window and when i got there things got worse. She refused to help me because she said she didn’t like my attitude because I asked for a manager. Then she proceeded to talk about Jesus as if she was the pastor in a church, i told her I wasn’t interested and she stated to tell me GOD was talking to her about me. Insanity at it’s best. Absolutely the worst experience EVER. Crazy manager lady needs to find a different job.

Waiting time is extremely long! After 20 minutes and you are told they are still preparing your food, that sounds Not like a FAST food restaurant!
Don’t go there after 7:00pm, especially you are super hungry, they said they were short of staff and they tried their best!
