I found this McDonald’s (2640 State Route 50, Clermont, FL) easily using Google Maps it took me right to the entrance off SR-50 near the major intersections. Parking is straightforward, with handicap spots right by the door. Inside was quiet with plenty of seating, making for a great breakfast stop with my son.
He had pancakes and loved them. I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with hash browns and orange juice. The OJ was a bit watered down I asked for another and it tasted the same but everything else was fine. Ordering at the kiosk was quick and convenient, no need to speak to anyone. However, even though I entered my table number, the food was placed on the counter in a to-go bag and my number was called instead of being brought over.
The restaurant itself was clean, trash cans emptied, and there were high chairs available for kids. Traffic in and out wasn’t bad, especially in the morning, and overall it was an easy, low-stress visit.

Went to this establishment today 12/07/2025 and ordered a big breakfast and hot cakes. They parked me for 10 minutes thinking, yessss all fresh. Just to recieve this cold platter of food and ofcourse my scramble eggs.. Didn’t have time to go back. Paid over $8.. This is what scrambled eggs look like?

I had a coupon for a free breakfast combo. Was told by the manager that it was for a Mcmuffin meal because that was the image on the coupon. I had to argue with the manager over the coupon to get a different breakfast combo. Would not recommend if they can’t read their own coupons or know what’s in the fine print.

Can someone explain this to me? I placed a mobile order at 543am today and was 5 minutes away when I placed the order. I went inside and had to wait till 0604 to get my food . It was only an egg mcmuffin and coffee. When driving up to the store there was only one car in drive thru. While waiting inside I could hear them taking other drive thru orders. REALLY 21 minutes for my food!!! I told them the next time I will go through drive thru and wait there until my order is done. Lets see how they like it when I back up their drive thru!!

A quiet and calm environment with very fast service and very kind staff. The food had just the right amount of sauce – not too much, but not too little either – and they seasoned it with just the right amount of salt; it wasn’t lacking, but it wasn’t excessive. Very good.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at McDonald’s. The order-taking employee was not patient at all and spoke in an unprofessional and unfriendly manner while taking my order. It felt as if she was annoyed just because customers were there to order. Customer service should be a basic standard in a global company like McDonald’s, but this experience was the complete opposite. I hope management reviews how some employees interact with customers, because this experience was very disappointing.

Food is fine. Drive through is awful. Trying to keep your times as low as possible to seem like “you are quick and efficient” so people are flown through the drive through to park for 10-15min waiting on food that has now piled on orders. Ridiculous.

This location needs to be looked into by corporate immediately. They openly offer free ice cream or cookies in exchange for good Google reviews and survey ratings. I’ve personally seen employees ask customers to hand over their phones so they can write the review themselves — which is completely unacceptable and dishonest.
It’s frustrating because it misleads people into thinking this location has great service when, in reality, the experience is often disappointing. This kind of behavior cheats the review system and makes it hard for real customer feedback to be taken seriously. Corporate should definitely investigate this location as soon as possible.

Lady at window insist that I have to go thru the no line line any other time I pull up to the 1st window at many other McDonald’s give them my code they send me to the next window and keep it moving. I guess she is just having a bag night. What’s the point of mobile order is it not speed or is it convenience for McDonald owner so he/she doesn’t have to staff as many ppl to take the order. If I have to sit at the speaker 4 min to call out my code.
