I delivered an Uber Eats order to this McDonald’s tonight (during the Superbowl) for an employee named George, who another employee identified as a higher‑level staff member at this store.

Apon delivering his order he explained that he doesn’t actually eat McDonald’s food and was why he was ordering food from elsewhere…

Anyhow, the order originally included a solid tip, but immediately after delivery the tip was removed – a practice known as tip baiting. That’s where someone places a decent tip on an order to get a priority level driver like myself, and afterwards removes the tip to trick the driver into doing a delivery for nothing…

This behavior is extremely disappointing and unprofessional, especially coming from someone in a leadership position at this McDonald’s location… McDonald’s should know better being that they use Uber Eats as a delivery partner at this location…

Delivery drivers rely on accurate, honest tipping to cover gas, time, and wear on our vehicles. Tip baiting not only misleads drivers into accepting an order under false pretenses, it also undermines trust between local drivers and the restaurant’s they accept delivery orders from.

I completed the delivery promptly, on time, used and insulated food bag to keep his food hot and fresh, and acted respectfully in this McDonald’s location…There was no issue with the order itself. The only problem was the intentional removal of the promised tip afterward.

I’m submitting this review as requested by another employee (who was shocked at George’s actions) to document the incident and to encourage better treatment of gig workers who support this McDonald’s every day.

I work late hours and this mcdonald is one of the only ones open on uber eats late night. Being that I am pregnant and not having a car I really have no choice but to ordered of of Uber eats especially if I want food after work. let me just say the staff went above and beyond tonight! I didn’t get the girls name but she made sure our order was fresh and even remade the fries i am so appreciative of whoever she is because she definitely deserves a raise gonna call and let the manager know tomorrow that their nighttime staff went above and beyond tonight and deserve some kind of appreciation for them taking such good care of their customers. 10/10 on customer service and to whoever took my order thank you so much I won’t personally get to thank u but just know your kind actions did not go unnoticed.

every single time I come to this McDonald’s they tell me that my code doesn’t work and typically, I can just show them my phone with the code or a screenshot of it and they discount the item the code is for, however, tonight when my fiancé went and presented the code. They told him it wasn’t working, and that they refuse to discount the item, even though we have proof that we just use the code. The points had already been taken off my account. They guaranteed the points would be returned to my account, but that has never happened in the past after they discount the item so I know he’s lying. This is why this location is going to shit.

Came here for lunch today. And I must say, I had a wonderful visit. There’s not very many McDonald’s. You visit where you actually get a waitress to come over. I believe his name is Avery wonderful hospitality and the food was quite wonderful too.

This was my first and definitely my last time at this location.

First of all, I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Then the employee spent another 20 minutes walking around the dining area trying to “find” me, even though I had the table number sign clearly visible on my table.

When he finally brought my order, the drink was missing. I told him, and he said he would bring the lemonade right away. I almost finished my entire meal, and no one ever brought it. The burger was so dry that it was impossible to eat without a drink. There were no pickles, the patties were overcooked and tasted awful.

This is the WORST McDonalds in the area. I ordered dine in with a kiosk so there would be no errors with my order. Everything I ordered was wrong. Everything. And thats when we actually got our order. My husband had to go and ask where our order was after 15 minutes. If he didn’t go up there, we wouldn’t have gotten any food, not that it mattered because it was all wrong. We ordered no salt french fries. My husband watched the manager tell the young worker jokingly the fries he just gave away were for us, no reprimanding. The ticket says -no salt. Manager should have read the kitchen ticket correctly since she was expediting the food. And after that we got salted fries. The quarter pounder was a burnt hockey puck. The fish sandwich looked like a toddler had played with it and didn’t know how to stack items. Also ordered extra tartar sauce and there was less then the size of a quarter on there. We even ordered a sprite no ice and they put ice in it. They don’t/didn’t read anything. If I did my job this poorly, I’m sure I wouldn’t be employed, but it seems this McDonalds and management doesn’t care. A customer approached us after overhearing our issues and stated they always have bad management here. She continued on saying how the fries are never cooked, the managers are always fooling around, and they never clean anything. And she was right. The tables were disgusting, all of our food was wrong, and the managers thought it was funny. I will never be returning to any McDonalds after my experience. I would love for corporate to contact me please because they wouldn’t give me a receipt. Thankfully I have my EatIn Order# Ticket to show I ordered correctly and my food was not executed correctly. Thank you
