I gotta stop spending my hard earned money on McDonald’s! I spent an extra .80 cents on a SMALL light iced coffee with 1 pump of sugar and 1 cream. Instead I got a heavily sugar filled loaded cream drink with no visible sight of coffee! That is NOT 1 cream…more like 4 and tastes about 4 pumps of sugar. Diabetes in a cup! Undrinkable and going in the trash.

So the service at this McDonald’s I am usually at after midnight and these people are amazing. They are polite and they are quick about getting you your food. There are a couple other McDonald’s within a few miles of this location but none of them have the customer service that your location has I go out of my way to come to this store at night just because y’all are that good continue doing what you’re doing. I ordered a double quarter pounder that of course is cooked fresh at the time and always seems fresh it was well after midnight

You say you record for service improvement, we’ll your manager with the bad hair stylist needs service improvement. Didn’t deliver my food to the table. Yelled across restaurant asking if im waiting for something. She had no problem being loud when joking with employees in kitchen but my food sits on the counter and didn’t let me know. Then tells me I can leave cuz she isn’t gonna argue with me.

Took 30 min to get food through the drive through, not even at rush, drive through empty, parking lot empty, had to repeat my order 5 times not because I wasn’t clear enough but because they kept adding random stuff along with and I had to correct them. Seems like every employee at this establishment is brand new to working or extremely fried. it took 4 attempts and 5min for them to get the card reader because thy never turned it on. And the entire time I was getting bit by gnats in their parking lot. And still never got my order right. Clearly the management needs to reconsider hiring incompetent under trained employees.

I just order 2 big fries.
But it’s always a diffrent price.
It would always change and it would be varied to the price of 8-15 dollars.

The few times I asked how much are big fries. But the lady didn’t even know. And she just said “ill give you medium”
Or i would ask another employee and she would say that she didn’t know. But just told me that i can order on the app. But the app always doesn’t even get my orders through. Or I would have to ask infront. If they had gotten my order. And they just now check it. And say “Oh yeah” after I’ve been waiting 20 minutes for it and they haven’t even checked it. And so now I had to wait longer for them to finnaly make my order. I would understand if they are busy. But there is no one else in the fast food place exepct for me and my 3 friends and 2 or 1 other person in the fast food place. But my friends get their stuff from burger king thats next across the mcdonalds. And no one is also in the drive thru. It would just be me, my friends and 2 or 1 more people sitting around in the restaurant.
But they still managed to not even see my order until I asked them. And I’ve waited over 20 minutes for it. And even today. They asked me to get out. And kicked me out for no reason. Today I came alone. And just ordered a big frie. And I was in my phone minding my own business. And there where many other kids goofing around and yelling and making a mess and being disrespectful. While I was near the corner by myself eating my fries and minding my own business. When they kicked me out. For no reason. The girl just said “Im going to have to ask you to leave” I said if may I ask why? And she said “no.” So I was like, oh okay, and I left confused and pissed off.
I didn’t do anything wrong and I wasn’t even there for a long period of time. And I ordered some fries? I didn’t do anything? And the place wasn’t even packed or getting packed? So I wasn’t sure why I was kicked out. And the last times I went here. I also didn’t do anything wrong. My friends aren’t troublemakers. We don’t do anything and we don’t make a mess and we don’t disrupt anyone’s space or anything at all. But I still got kicked out and without a reason.
Rude employees.
Horrible service and the place is a mess. Especially today. And the whole time I was there. No one was cleaning or anything. It was disgusting.

Ordered a chicken sandwich with all of the toppings, instead I got a dry burnt piece of chicken (I think) with bread. Literally not a single topping. Picture attached. Cold french fries and dry cheese burger, missing the cheese for my daughter. For real?

Today is December 11, 2025 at 8:15 PM in the staff itself is very slow The staff is very rude. place the mobile order. Food wasn’t even made right didn’t have any special request, but somehow I got a burger with just ketchup and pickle. There was no sauces in my bag. With small children the sauce shouldn’t be forgotten. The line was out the back and it seemed like everybody was just an upset mood it seems like this establishment needs some revamping and maybe a secret shopper to come through and see how they perform because I’m giving it a one and it’s always like this. It is not because of anything I know sometimes you go in and it’s like the staff gives you attitude for what you wanna order if you can’t be around people then you need to do a different profession. Please, let’s have a secret shopper come through here. Maybe corporate needs to send random people to see how this establishment is being ran without them, knowing.

I have been here a couple times in the last few months and honestly, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME we have an issue. One day I ordered the snack wrap, with no ranch, and add a packet of honey mustard sauce. They put ranch on the wrap and didnt give me the honey mustard. So I went in, got them to remake the wrap and they wanted to charge .50 for the honey mustard. Im sorry, what?!? For a single thing of sauce. Im good. I got to others and they dont charge me. They always give us cold fries or if they are hot they have zero salt on them. If we’re going to eat so unhealthy might as well enjoy and saltless fries are enjoyable for us.
