Order a mobile order. Went and picked up and waited a bit. That’s fine. What’s not fine is they gave my order to the car in front of me. They then take the food back and proceed to try to give it to me. When I told the girl no way they need to remake my food she holds it up rolls her eyes and goes “she doesn’t want this cuz they TOUCHED the bag” ummmm they obviously had to go thru it to know it wasn’t theirs! Not even 19 seconds an older woman whom I’m assuming was a mgr due to the shirt tries to hand me that same food in a new bag. I said seeings how I placed the order online and still had to wait for it there is no way you remade the food. She says they only touched the bag not the food. I said funny you weren’t at the window neither was the other girl. It’s literally cross contamination and a health code violation. Oh the attitude I got because I wouldn’t accept it. Really should brush up on proper food handling. No offense to the car in front of me but I don’t know who they are. Do better people. I typically don’t ever eat McDonald’s but inhad worked a 12 hour shift , the meat I took out of the freezer was still frozen at 9pm and at that point just wanted something quick. Reason 80000009098 why I normally steer clear.

I ordered a simple cheeseburger happy meal and a filet o fish. The filet sandwich was ice cold and hard and didn’t have a drop of tartar sauce on it. The happy meal (what a misnomer!) had a toy, an ice cold fry that was only about half full and a milk. Do you notice anything wrong there? There’s NO burger, at all, nada, nothing. There’s also NO apple slices either! So I guess my child was supposed to eat cold fries that looked like they were yesterday’s fries. And a milk. Fortunately we’re not out of town so I had to make my family dinner at 10pm which was the entire reason for stopping at McDonald’s. Between the time it takes to make everything, it’ll be at least 11pm before I can get my 2yo to bed. We’ve been gone all day, were all exhausted and I get home thinking we could just eat real quick and get everybody to bed. Soooo the manager’s best solution was to replace the meal. But I’m not coming back there tonight and for this kind of inconvenience and level of incompetence I think a full 2 or 3 person meal would be more appropriate to be comped. Under normal circumstances, where they just forgot the apples or the fries or the tartar sauce, that would be one thing but we experienced all three and the MAIN THING THAT’S SUPPOSED TO BE IN THE HAPPY MEAL WASN’T IN IT!!! I think this really calls for the manager to go above and beyond for this situation. But maybe this is standard for them. I’ll stop by in a day or two and see if they even replace the actual meal. But… I think you get the idea. I rarely leave reviews and almost never leave negative reviews but damn! So there you have it, fair warning for the new McDonald’s on Mass.

No matter how many times I try to give this store a chance it never fails, you’re expected to get rude service, your order is goning to be wrong, even though its printed on the label, that they put on the food and they’re mad at you that they messed it up. On another note, they don’t have a phone number to talk to someone, it just goes to a cellphone that doesn’t ring anymore so it goes straight to voice mail, but you cant leave a msg (not like they’d call you back anyways) bottom line would not recommend to anyone, unless you’re use to this kind of thing. I’d leave I 0 star if I could.

Filled up the ice cream half way then we ordered extra fudge didn’t even put it in there then we asked for more and they still didn’t put anymore ice cream just added more fudge and it took them like 5 minutes to add extra fudge

Wouldn’t normally review a fast food restaurant but sense I frequent this one I’ll review. Brand new location, they take care of keeping it clean and nice. Decor/Furniture is nice. Small modern dining area compared to others. The service staff seem to be very attentive willing to help. Especially sense this new location greatly more focuses on the kiosk inside as there’s a register but no menu display for the counter. Which is new haven’t seen that before. The food has always been hot. And quick to get to you. Seems fresh as well didn’t seem to have sat on a hot table for forever. Like some might do. So far really like this one. Hopefully you will too.

Dont waste your time or MONEY at this location. So embarrassing for them that this is a new location Loaded with unruly kids not to mention nowhere in their bathroom to change my baby’s diaper. I order a simple 6 piece nugget meal for myself to wait 20 minutes and receive a 4 piece meal for $9.
There must be teenagers running this location

Don’t waste your money here. Ordered a Chicken McGriddle I was supposed to get for free with the app coupon and they have me a sausage mggridle. I would’ve just ate it as I have to be on the road for 12 hours a day driving and don’t have to stop but the sausage mggridle was badly undercooked, had wet/frozen pieces, and was thin and something was really wrong with it. Absolutely wasted my time and that’s more valuable than money to some people. I’ve been at work outside all morning for 4 hours now and haven’t had the time to stop and eat since I stopped at This McDonald’s this morning. This location just opened but honestly it should be shut down and replaced with a Wendy’s or somewhere that can actually just do their job right. Now you’re affecting my job and my life.

For being a brand-new McDonalds, what a joke. Had a Semi blocking one of the drive-thrus so I went inside and had to deal with their stupid computer systems instead of talking to a real person. Everyone in there waiting with me was telling me how bad the service was and their food is always cold. Surprised they would come back because if I’d known that, I would have not stopped. Not only was my food cold like the others said, but it was also missing an addition I added to my sandwich that was clearly on the receipt. Either get better employees or just let the AIs run everything. You’re halfway there anyways. Why not? They’d probably do a better job.

This was the second McDonalds I went to at 5:45-6am. The first one was closed. I assumed this drive thru was closed since there were boxes stacked up above the pay window of the drive thru. After sitting at the second window for a while, I had a real “charming” lady open the window and ask if she could help me. I asked if they were closed, and she said no, but you have to pay in cash and you have to drive back around to the speaker. I left. Mainly because as foul as she was, I didn’t want anything in my food. Clearly this employee despises her job and people. After reading the reviews on this new McDonald’s, it seems like a Management issue. I’ll never go back that’s for sure.

Brand new location. I ordered a large coffee inside and took over 10 mins to get it and I was the only one in the restaurant. They were all to focused on the drive thru and not worried about the inside. Very bad first impression!
