This review is based on my experience trying the new Big Arch burger only.
My husband and I both ordered it and we were both incredibly disappointed. Neither of us found the burger to be “juicy” but that could be because both of burgers were either cooked well-done or close to burnt. It was hard to tell that the burgers each had three slices of cheese, as we could neither see them or taste them. Perhaps we weren’t given all three slices. I only had one bite that had crispy onions and my husband’s burger had none, and we could hardly taste the tangy sauce. Clearly our burgers were not made as described, therefore we didn’t really get a Big Arch burger. I’m not sure if the restaurant is taking shortcuts to save money or if the cooks are taking shortcuts because they were busy. It was definitely filling, but we will stick to the Big Mac since these are always made properly.

Do not order from this place via doordash or Uber eats during evening hours due to whoever is on night shift does not do what is instructed. There has been five times that I have ordered a burger from here and requested for an extra Patty which is legitimately paid for but every time it arrives the extra stuff that is paid for isn’t there it is a waste of money. And even if I don’t order with extra things sometimes the burgers arrive not even cooked all the way through or the freeze will not even be halfway full in the container these guys do the bare minimum for anybody who orders for delivery

I arrived at the drive-thru around 2:00 a.m. and was informed that chicken items were unavailable, so I ordered a McDouble instead. When I received my order, the sandwich contained only ketchup and was extremely hard. I politely requested a replacement, but the employee took the sandwich and closed the window abruptly without explanation.
When I was given another cheeseburger, it appeared to be the same quality as the first, and I was unsure whether it had even been replaced. I then requested a refund. The employee responded in a dismissive and rude manner but did issue a full refund.
While I appreciate receiving my refund, the overall experience was very unpleasant. The employee who appeared to be in a supervisory role was extremely rude in both tone and body language. It was clear she was unhappy at work, and her behavior made the interaction uncomfortable. This was a disappointing experience.

Ordered doordash from here for a very late dinner as j just got off work. I ordered a large fry, 1 large coke, 3 chicken wraps and 2 holiday pies. I was missing both pies, my fries were extremely hard. Im talking so hard it sounded like a brick when j tapped it against the table. No amount of ketchup could salvage those fries. All three of my wraps were made wrong. All of them were made without cheese and the chicken tasted like it had been sitting up for a hours.
If I wake up with food poisoning in the morning it came from this place!

Every time I go their I dust order couple hambergers with extra onions and it comes with no onions, always have to go up to the counter like the person can’t read the screen then want to be mad at the customer for complaint but never fix the issue I would thought my last 20 visits in the row same thing every time. Bye the time I eat I been their close to 45 minutes. That’s not fast food.

Cashier was really nice, but long wait and food terrible. I didn’t know I had to have wet wipes after after eating my food. Burger was smashed and there was more ketchup outside the burger then on the burger

I’m being generous with four stars. The bad thing is the inconsistency with the food and service. Today I got two double fish sandwiches and there was barely any tartar sauce on them. The last time I got one it was dripping with sauce. I really dislike inconsistent restaurants. I also stopped going here for breakfast since it is almost always terrible and I throw it away after a bite or two.

Is the food the best in the world? No. Does the food hit a certain spot that only McDonald’s can hit? Absolutely. This little spot is open 24-hours a day, the food is always hot and fresh (I’ve actually had food from here that was maybe even a little too hot!) and the employees are quick, no matter when you go. They’re friendly, too. Please keep in mind that the employees here work a stressful job, and just because they don’t stop to have a detailed conversation with you doesn’t mean they don’t care about the service they’re providing. This’ll always be “my” local MickeyD’s.

The EXACT MOMENT I OPENED THE BURGER BOX in the parking lot THE BURGER WAS RAW! I immediately took photos at that moment. I then proceeded to go inside the McDonald’s. I went up to the counter to ask for a refund. I waited for 25 minutes to receive a refund. They wouldn’t give me a refund without me handing over the Quarter Pounder first. I refused. The attitudes of the staff that night was astonishing. They were rude, spiteful, and just plain unhappy to be working at McDonald’s.
