Decided to stop by this restaurant for lunch today, and it didn’t disappoint me on all levels.
Nice menu,friendly staff,great senic views on the Ohio river, and I chose the footlong Met and fries, which was grilled perfectly and had that awesome snap when bitting into it.

Cabana On the River is a hidden gem. The view of the river is beautiful and makes for wonderful scenery while eating. Parking is plentiful and accessible. There are tons of seats as well, so even on a Friday evening we didn’t have to wait for seats.
The staff is friendly and attentive. The food was fantastic. I got the ahi poke bowl and was pleasantly surprised. The menu is diverse and well priced.
I highly recommend eating here!

Service was stellar. Food was delicious! I had the blackened Mahi Mahi fish tacos. So delicious! Even when a quick passing storm moved through, staff was so nice with closing the patio and helping folks find tables out of the rain. If you’re looking for an indoor seat, this isn’t the place. They have a covered patio and then they have tables with umbrellas on the deck. Since it’s right on the river it’s the perfect place on a summer day or evening!

My boyfriend and I recently rode our Harley to The Cabana on the River, a restaurant highly recommended by a friend, and boy, we weren’t disappointed.
As we arrived, we were greeted by a jovial crowd enjoying a game of volleyball with the beautiful Ohio River as their backdrop. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for our evening. The restaurant offers outdoor seating right by the water, allowing us to soak in the stunning river views as we dined.
The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. For our meal, we chose the fish and chips, which were absolutely delicious. The fish was crispy and flavorful, and the chips were perfectly seasoned. We’re already excited to try even more of the menu next time we come!
The journey to The Cabana was just as memorable as the destination. The scenic bypass we took was breathtakingly beautiful, with lush landscapes and serene vistas at every turn. Riding our Harley through such picturesque surroundings was a truly exhilarating experience. We ended our visit perfectly by riding off into the sunset, the open road stretching ahead of us.

Such a fun place. Felt like we were in Florida in t$3 beach. They have sand volley ball, a bar by the water. The food was actually pretty good too.

Had an enjoyable evening out with friends, it was a great night to be outside so they were busy but our waitress did a good job. I had the Mahi Mahi dinner and it was delicious.

Good food, great service and atmosphere with live music and reasonable drink prices. Can’t believe took this long to finally go there. Feels like a vacation spot in under an hour drive. Will be back!

First time here and absolutely will be back. Food was great. My wide had the fried cod. I had the Ahi Tuna. We both enjoyed our food. Frozen margaritas were tasty as well. Views were great. We signed in on the wait list. It recommends that on they’re web site. So glad we did because we were seated before people who had been there but not signed up on the wait list on yelp. Server was friendly and efficient. Great vibes from every one. Even if you have to wait its just so relaxing with the views. You are still able to get drinks from the bar while you wait as well.
