If you’ve ever felt defeated by the digital kiosk screens, I have a tip for you: Look for Yumi…Yesterday I had the best McDonald’s experience ever thanks to this young woman. Not only is she incredibly diligent and polite, but she also has a charisma and a great sense of humor that brightens your day.
Endless patience She guided me step by step through the kiosk when I didn’t even know where to begin.
10/10 service You can tell when someone enjoys helping others.
If you’re going for your favorite burger ask for YUMI!!! She shine bright like a diamond People like her make you want to come back again and again. ✨

This has to be one of the slowest McDonald’s that I’ve ever been to. After ordering in the drive-thru, I sat in the same spot for so long that the person asked if I had been helped. They do not have people pull around and park to wait for a long order, so everything backs up. Sitting in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at 9pm is a little ridiculous. However, the person taking the orders was nice and friendly.

Fries were fresh and hot, burgers and nugs were hot, no bbq sauce to enjoy them with. I love how they charge you extra for sauce, but you cant even get the 2 that were supposed to come with the nuggets.

The new GM is just really rude, find out why it takes so long to get good food and service is because this lady is cutting hours on employees so she can keep payroll down, not to mention she definitely not a person I would want to run my store. Where do these people come from? Definitely changing my location for sure and not one operated by this company. And apparently the owners dont care cause its more money in their pockets. Remember this……greed will kill a business quick.

This location is something else. I have went to 4 or 5 other locations within the same day and paid for large water cups. I get to this location and I asked the lady up front how much is it for a large water cup not expecting anything for free. She tells me that they can’t sell me a large water cup it would have to be a medium(not sure if she was referring to getting a free water or what).I tell the lady that I have done this at previous locations the same day and I’ve purchased it for $1. The rude manager hops on the mic speaking loudly and her tone was not manager like. She claims that because the monopoly promotion is going on she can’t give it to me. I told her I was willing to pay, and she still claims it’s because of the promotion. She claims if I bought a soda that was 3 or 4 dollars I could get that but not a large water cup. If it is company policy to not let customers purchase something from a business that has water then this place should be out of business. This place needs better management regardless if I could get the water or not.

First time trying the McDonald’s Chicken Big Mac. It’s exactly like the standard Big Mac, except they use two chicken patties instead of the regular beef patties. The sandwich was so moist, I couldn’t hold it together without the insides sliding out.

My girlfriend paid 2.99 for an oatmeal that was supposed to come with apples or raisins it didn’t come with either or nor was i given the option to choose I had to put my own raisins In if I wanted to do that I would have made oatmeal at home

Eagle Horse is very kind. He made sure we were taken care of and we had our order. Hand delivered out food to our table hot and fresh. Gave us everything we asked for including the extra napkins and ketchup. This is the best McDonald’s in Ocala

They didnt even put the burger together before shoving it between the buns. The pickles were clearly put on the outside of of the bun like a child put it together
