I went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s #4255 (3215 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala) on October 17th, 2025 around 2:12 PM, and I just have to say — the young lady taking the orders was absolutely amazing. She was extremely polite, cheerful, and handled every customer with a perfect attitude.
Even though the drive-thru line was super long and busy, she kept her great energy and made the whole experience pleasant. I honestly believe part of the reason that line was so long is because people enjoy being served by someone like her.
She clearly has a positive impact on this location’s sales and customer satisfaction. I really hope the manager recognizes her value — and rewards her accordingly, even financially. Employees like that truly make all the difference.

After ordering my 2 meals in the drive thru, I am greeted by a very nice fellow named Shayne. He had a smile on his face, was very friendly, and he made 100% sure that I had ALL my food, in a timely manner and it was all made fresh and hot.
Great customer service ! I’ll be back to this location because of Shayne’s attitude and demeanor. I’ll also recommend this branch to my friends and family.

It was a slow day when we stopped in, so it was not as crowded as many McDonald’s restaurants can be. Service was quick and friendly. George (I think that was his name) took our order and seemed to really like his job. What a refreshing change from a lot of places. The food was hot and tasty. Can’t really ask for anything more.

Quite possibly the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s. Ordered my items through the kiosk, paid and waited for my order. 25 minutes later my order was given to me, at the 15 minute mark after asking for my order, I noticed some discussion between the manager and one of the cooks. The cook never made my order and had to be prepared again. Double cheese, light ketchup, no pickle. And an order of the new McCrispy chicken. What I received finally was double cheese extra ketchup with pickles and McCrispy chicken that may have been left over from lunch. I fail to see how service like this should be allowed. Had I not already driven away I would have certainly returned this and requested it to be remade. I hope this location does better in the future.

The atmosphere was cool and well maintained,the cashier couldn’t figure out to take ketchup off my burger.due to my allergy. She literally said ,can you just scrape it off..The food came out in no time . 5 stars for that… The soda machine need to be checked or updated the coke was very flat and the Sprite, tasted like well water..

I went into the McDonald’s and there is this worker named Brittany and she was very inconsistent and I do not appreciate that because I asked for a normal hamburger and I said it very clearly and then she went over the thing again she said big Mac and she was acting really incompetent.I do not appreciate that one star review.

Unbelievable! We spent over $20 on our meals this evening and my wife was told she would charged extra for a BBQ sauce because she didn’t order nuggets! Are you kidding me?! I absolutely hate the locations that do this and we will NEVER be back to this one even though it is the closest location to our home. I’m sure you don’t care but if the owner of this location actually reads the reviews, if you’re so broke that you can’t afford to give a paying customer a free condiment, you should close up shop and move on to another investment.

This McDonald’s was terrible acted like they were busy there was only 3 people in lobby and 4 cars in drive threw and they couldn’t even get order out in a timely manner on people at counter . Soda machine in lobby was for 3 time all you can taste is carbon . The kid in lobby went went to tell someone about it and was not listen to they turned there back and stood there not doing a dang thing . So I was stuck with a sweet tea . Shame on you. And you want $15 dollars a hour and that’s how we get treated.
