I came to this establishment mainly for a frappe and honestly it was the best part. I ordered at the kiosk and it didn’t even print me a receipt, no big deal. I finally get my food and both 10 pieces were missing one so I took them up to have them fixed. They took both boxes back to have them “fixed” but when I finally got home one was still missing. I also got a cheeseburger and it was black, definitely not the most appetizing.

Hey, this McDonald’s is pretty cool! Order was out within 5 minutes and the food was great! I suggest you order chicken nuggets, though. Also, dine in is better. Tall girl with blonde hair was nice and got quick to our order! The people in the kitchen were right at work and doing their job. 5/5

A small group of us went late one night for coffee and sundaes. Used the kiosk to order and stayed til closing at 12am. Very clean, updated dining area, and friendly staff even late at night-we weren’t rushed out or made to feel rushed. Nice place.

Ordered through the app using points and money. The app crashed when I got there. They had no record of my order and the only help offered was to call the 800 number, which doesn’t work. I did get my money back but not the 6,000 points that were taken.

I went on the drive thru line. There was 9 cars ahead of me & the wait was forever. I sat at the speaker for 10 minutes before they came to take my order. When I made a comment about the wait I was told by associate that they are accepting applications on line if I would like to apply for a job. My total wait time was over 1/2 hour before I received my order. I have to remember to get there before midnight & order inside lobby instead of the drive thru lane.

Don’t use the drive thru. You’ll sit for 30 to 40 minutes and no way out once your in. The slowest ever, it should be. Each lane one at a time. Go left , right , left , right. Not three or four one side then the other. Makes the wait so much longer than it needs to be.
