I have eaten at this McDonalds for years and today was the most disgusting experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I used the app to place a delivery order with the Venice bypass location which was easy. I used my points to get a Big Mac meal and what I received was an eaten sandwich and no fries. I felt so violated as this was done at the location before it was sealed and picked up by door dash.

We ordered a happy meal. We got literally 5 solo fries dumped into the happy meal container (picture 1). We went back around and asked for another fry with a true serving, and we got a puny and pointless replacement (picture 2). When fries were 99 cents once upon a time, alright, but when even trash food from McDonald’s is $10, I expect a warm, worthwhile meal, or at least an actual serving. I offered additional stars for the service because the guy at the pay counter tried his best to offer a replacement, but he still had the same soulless person up front filling the food so no difference there.

This McDonald’s reminded me why I have MD a LONG break. Chicken wraps were dry and cold, fries were soggy, chicken sandwich was smothered in mayo, and the attitudes were just as bad as remembered. I’m far from mad I needed the reminder that there are good burgers and good attitudes at other restaurants.

i came here multiple times in the morning ans the tables are always dirty, fries on the floor from previous night. tdy i came in early got a bowl of oatmeal and frappe. there was still uncooked oats in the bowl and i was the only customer at the time so idk why they couldn’t take there times to do it right. i got my frappe and it was not filled to the top like other Mc donald’s do ans it barley had whip crème which should also be filled to the top. No one is in dress code and the lady didn’t ask me am i using my Mobile app.

A middle aged woman brought me one order to my vehicle. Because of the 15 minute wait time for use of the deals I made a second order 17 minutes later. Instead of bringing me my order she marked it as completed without bringing it out. I waited for 20 minutes and then went to the drive-up window. She told me “you can’t keep making orders, I’m not going to keep going out there.” This was only the second order she would’ve had to bring outside. The app forcing a 15 minute wait is not my fault nor is it my problem. Her intent was to take my money without delivering my food and quite frankly that is a very unprofessional way to handle the situation. I understand her frustration with having to make multiple trips outside however this is not something the customer should be rudely punished for. When I did finally get my food from her she was very unpleasant about it.

This place drives me nuts. I love McDonald’s and the staff and food here is awful. I dont complain much and give everyone the benefit of the doubt but I’ve been here so many times where it was so bad that it’s literally making me write my first review ever. I don’t know if it’s bad management or what but seriously get your act together. (Only at night) Been there on my way to the highway early morning and its great.

Recently my wife was there with our three grandkids. She got confused with the payment kiosk and approached the counter inquiring about her order. She encountered the owner of the restaurant as he identified himself. After a brief discussion he ordered her and the kids to leave without their order. My wife is a very polite and passive woman but this clown was rude obnoxious and unprofessional. We would not step foot in any of his three area restaurants if the crap was free. What a very poor businessman

I come here ALOT and always use the app. I normally have to wait 20 or so minutes for my order and it’s usually great. Today nope, waited 20 minutes and staff gets a zero stars for today. The whole order was messed up. Went back to correct order and get missing items and they screwed it up again.

Such a dirty place. All the tables were filthy, seats are filthy and don’t even get me started on the floors. I don’t think floors have been cleaned in a while. Asked a woman to please have someone wipe a table, got an attitude. It doesn’t seem like there’s any adults working, therefore the restaurant isn’t getting managed properly. Can’t see myself eating there again.
