Went to the drive-thru, placed on order for a big mac, mccrispy and fries. All standard stuff, no changes. paid for my order, and then sat behind 3 cars at the pickup window. when I got to the window, i was told to pull up to the drive thru waiting area. As I waited,. 6 cars went to the window, got their food and left. I went inside, spoke to a nice guy and gal who immediately understood my frustration, but nobody told me what happened. It appears my order was never paced, or given to someone else? its mcdonalds. Place an order, get a burger. I then had to wait several minutes to get a refund. NO MANAGER ever came to apologize. One would expect that after 10-15 minutes at McDonalds, after order is placed and paid for, you would walk out with food. Not this time

They dont have a drop down choice for – WE FORGOT TO MAKE YOUR ORDER. I did go online to another site to comment, and I got authorization for a free replacement meal. I appreciate that but it should have happened at the store and I wouldn’t have written this miserable review

Found a bone with marrow in a chicken nugget. Guess thats the only part they let of real chicken it into their nuggets. Best News, I think that finally convinced my grandkids to stop eating this crap they pass off as food.

at 11 pm i went through the drive thru to order only fries and sweet and sour sauce, i was charged 50 cents for sauce and when i was half way home i realized there was none, i went back and at 11:15 i went up to the door of the establishment and signaled that i only wanted sauce, a man leaning on the counter waved me away making a dirty face mouthing no so i went through the drive thru and asked at the screen for just sauce and if i could get it at the door because there was 6 other people in line and i ordered my fries cook to order so they would be hot, the woman asked me to come to the second window, i asked again only for the same response, after 17 whole minutes of waiting behind other cars i got to the window, 8 more cars were behind me at this point, i asked for sweet and sour and if my fries could be remade, the womanly agreed and said they were freshly made, she then turned around, got my fries immediately and then gave them to me, they were not hot nor fresh, i am not at all blaming the woman, she kindly agreed but to have 4 people on in a rush with a seemingly manager leaning on the counter not helping workers in a clear time of stress, not even opening the second window just to give me sauce is unacceptable. treat your workers better

I ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese. The man taking my order was quiet but polite. The young woman at pick up window kept glancing at me through the window, running off to talk to her friends, and very quickly opened the window, practically tossed my bag at me, then slammed it shut to continue talking. I went back through the drive thru to ask them to fix my burger because it had cheese on it. I pulled up to the first window and then was greeted by the same woman. She tossed me a bag, same as before, and then slammed it shut. I assumed it was my fixed burger, but it was instead a small fry? I went inside and told them what happened, and the manager woman was almost not believing me, saying “Well, she’s telling me she gave you the right one.” After I went and got my original order, I saw a plain quarter pounder with no cheese at the bottom. I explained that they gave me an extra burger in the first order and an extra fry to replace my burger. I finally gave up and all the lady said was “Sorry.” and walked off. I spent my whole lunch break trying to fix this…

I had an excellent experience thanks to Emily at McDonald’s! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and a positive attitude that made me feel welcome. She was fast, efficient, and incredibly attentive—making sure my order was correct and even going the extra mile to double-check small details.

What stood out the most was her genuine kindness and professionalism. Even though the restaurant was busy, Emily handled everything with ease and kept her energy upbeat, which made the atmosphere so much more pleasant. Employees like her make a huge difference, and it’s clear she truly cares about providing great service.

Why is this McDonald’s so unorganized??? Check cameras at 10:40ish am on 9/27. They make EVERY CAR pull up….. they don’t even know whose order is who’s… this is supposed to be fast food. You order and the cooks hear the order. Start making the food…. By there time I get to the 2nd window with the line barely moving the food should be out! Or maybe a couple minutes waiting for fresh food I totally get it…. But waiting 10 minutes AFTER you paid is unacceptable….

I ordered my food at 8:11pm…sat till 8:32 in the dt where I pulled out..got out of the car went inside to which I stood another 10min with the manager just saying im short staffed…no apologies..not even trying to jump in to help her staff. I was a General Manager for McDonald’s for 10yrs and this was ridiculous!! I got my food finally to only get back out to my car not to have my whole order which of course I had to go back in. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

On 5/4/2024 at 7:31 am I mobile ordered 2 sausage egg McMuffin meals, one of them without cheese and butter because I’m allergic to dairy. Once I realized my order was wrong I asked the manager if she would kindly redo my order cause it had cheese and was told no because it was a mobile order, I mentioned to her this mistake had happened in the past and I had no issues receiving a redo on my order and she said no and walked away. I promptly shouted for $12 you won’t get my order right ? ($12.48 was what I paid for my order)

Food was warm and fast but that’s not the problem. The customer service was terrible. They made us order on the electronic touch screen, and wouldn’t let us order at the counter. We saw a sign indoors that literally says that we can ask to order at the front desk, but they refused to let us. I would give it a 1,but the food was good and that saved it from being a 1.

Very rarely do I get a fast food, but today was the day and the only thing I ordered was extra large fries.
Fries were cold and saggy!
And not even full bag!
Check your food when you get it, otherwise you’re going to end up with the crap like I did!
