Recently I went to the best custard place in Perrysburg OH, but Fran-Ceil is the best in WNY. My only mistake was pulling in to park right in front. Park on the side or in back instead so it’s easier to leave.

Went on a recommendation. Great service is what i would say that separates this place from other ice cream shops. The staff was quick, attentive and polite. Quality of ice cream was standard.

1st time here. 9pm close at 10pm no choc custard fine so I get a hot fudge sundae. I thought a sundae had whipped cream cherry nuts(optional) nope not here. Got handed a dish of vanilla with hot fudge period…Extra charge for toppings fine atleast offer when you make customers feel rushed with no line and don’t know the menu. Also got small straw..didn’t even know how that was coming. Next time dairy queen seeing how its only a block away

Went after a hike and was not disappointed with the custard flavor I got. Note the flavors rotate regularly. Today I had the Banana/Vanilla twist. It tasted kinda like a banana pudding with the wafers in it! Forgot to take a pic of the cone because I drove headfirst into enjoying it and forgot
It was the medium ($3.25) which felt just right on a warm day.

Had a banana split and it was everything I hoped for and more!
The service was super quick and everyone was friendly, which made the whole experience even sweeter.
The stand and surrounding area has a really nice, welcoming vibe — perfect for a chill treat. Definitely coming back to try more flavors!

They have a decent collection of ice cream flavors. Their sizes are on the bigger side. We had a BoGo offer and ended up with two large ice creams. That was a lot for 2 people. It’s also fairly cheap for the size. Would be going here again.
