I went to McDonald’s thinking I was about to have a peaceful little meal. Instead, I experienced what I can only describe as emotional character development.
First of all, I asked for “light ice” and they gave me a cup of Antarctica with a splash of soda. I basically ordered a beverage and received a glacier.
My fries? Either they were made in 2007 or they came out the fryer with a personal vendetta against me. Somehow both cold AND aggressively salty. How do you even achieve that level of science?
And don’t get me started on the ice cream machine. I didn’t even try to order it, but I could FEEL it was broken. The aura of disappointment was in the air.
On the bright side, the bag was neatly folded. 10/10 bag-folding skills. Promote whoever did that.
Would I go back? Unfortunately NOT

Got the big breakfast with hot cakes & a large Carmel frappe. It was all good & delicious. Wasn’t missing anything needed to enjoy the meal like a straw or plasticware. So great job

As far as McDonald’s go, Im glad this location thats near me is consistent. Online pick up orders are accurate and typically ready. If they’re busy there might be a short wait depending on how big your order is. Staff aren’t rude, straight forward and efficient. The new McDonald’s interiors feel cold and clinical compare to how colorful they were when I was growing up. But that’s not this locations fault, that’s corporate. There’s a median you need to look out for when driving at night at the entrance, you can tell lots of people hit it lol.

ordered a. food to take it to the park. by the time we got to the park, literally gave us a happy meal with no 6p! tried calling and just sent to voicemail. will be driving back refund. check your food before you leave the lot.

Window workers either acted like they didn’t understand English to avoid the order details and requests or truly didn’t understand any English at all. Language barrier so bad we couldn’t get the correct items and nobody in the store was willing to or able to help.

Had a mobile order before a large group came in. I arrived the same time they did, but had already placed my order 5 minutes earlier. Everything was great. Haven’t had a quarter pounder in a while, fresh hot fries, friendly service, was pleasant after a bike ride, sunset and a little rain. They are consistent from my experiences over the years here.

I wish they had a zero star, hector is very rude and conduct business very poorly there is so much more to say but I’m too hungry right now to even speak because I said hold on I was on the phone with my fianceee who’s at the hospital.. overall this man doesn’t know how to properly communicate and I’ll be making it my goal to show him not to treat people the wrong way bbb

And then drive thru which it was pretty quick considering there was a long line of cars. However they got past our my order wrong and I felt the server at the window was short with his communication I feel they might have need another person on crew. FRIES WERE COLD!!!
