This location doesn’t mind serving day or more, old, inedible breakfast. Our biscuit and English muffins were hard as a rock. I called them to bring it to their attention and the man hung up on me. Unfortunately we couldn’t return as we were headed to a tournament and didn’t have any more time to spare. My kids couldn’t even eat their breakfast.

We came here for breakfast and were greeted by Christina, who was so friendly and her smile was infectious just bringing joy when we came in. Lizzie was amazing while taking our order and had no form of aggravation or impatience when we had to change several things on our $45 order so this was refreshing to not feel rushed. She was so sweet and patient with us. Ms.Carolyn is a true sweetheart and was also so kind and we can tell this is her McDonalds and she cares about the smooth runnings of everything here and number one, the customers. She greeted us as well and made sure we knew that we weren’t unnoticed. She is this McDonald’s momma 🙂 Bobby was so kind in the parking lot making sure everything was clean and just smiling and even was nice enough to shut our RV door which I couldn’t do at the moment as we were rolling off and my hands were full. Thanks for that Bobby. The kitchen staff in the back did an amazing job preparing our order and it was definitely fresh and tasty!!! The steak egg and cheese bagels are amazing!

This is by far the WORST Mcdonalds in the world. The staff is made up by the most incompetent people i have ever seen. After waiting in the drive-thru for 45 minutes we received our food and headed home. Arn’t drive thru times supposed to be like 2 minutes per vehicle? When we got home my wife opened our sons cheeseburger and THERE WAS NO BURGER ON EITHER BUN!! Are you serious? Is that the level of intelligence of the people working there? What a joke! Do yourself a favor and go to Taco Bell.

OK! I usually give this particular McDonald’s horrible reviews because it consistently serves horrible food. BUT!!! THIS PARTICULAR DAY!!! IT WAS PERFECT!!! Two filet of fish with soft, moist buns! Fish was HOT! No rock hard edges on the bun… no dried up hard gold colored cheese…NO… NOT THIS TIME. Way to go Sun City Center McDonald’s – you did it right this time!

Did curbside and they are very efficient. Location is neat and clean. I live in Palmetto but will bypass the McDonald’s location there and drive to Ellenton…they are far and away a much better location!
