First, as a DoorDash driver, the wait times are consistently unacceptable. Orders are regularly 30 minutes or more past the expected pickup time, even when the restaurant appears fully staffed. During that time, drivers are losing income and opportunities to complete other deliveries. This level of delay is unwarranted and shows a lack of respect for delivery partners’ time.
Second, I personally witnessed a manager (photo attached) behave in a shockingly rude and dismissive manner toward an older customer who calmly asked for a sundae that had been forgotten. The customer was polite and patient, yet the manager slammed the item down and walked away without a word, not even giving him time to ask for a spoon. What made this even more disturbing is that the customer was a veteran, and he was treated with complete disregard. That type of behavior has no place in customer service, especially from someone in a leadership role. That poor man has done more for his communities than ANYONE in the McDonalds restaurante. She clearly has a authority complex where her own staff hates her.
Additionally, the overall work ethic at this location is deeply concerning. Several employees appeared disengaged, unmotivated, and uninterested in doing their jobs. I observed staff standing around, contributing little to nothing, while orders continued to back up. At one point, an employee even openly talked about leaving mid-shift. The lack of professionalism and accountability is glaring. The amount of cuss words that are said every time I come into that place when kids are present shows an immense amount of lack of consideration!!!
This is a decent neighborhood, and establishments like this should be held to higher standards. Jobs should go to people who want to work, care about customers, and understand basic professionalism. Right now, this location reflects poor management, poor training, and poor attitudes across the board.
I would strongly advise management and corporate to reassess their leadership and staff expectations, because the current experience is unacceptable for customers, veterans, and delivery drivers alike.
There is so much more I can say but I think my post captures a bit of everything. I really did have 30 minutes just observing all of this and trying not to go off. I knew it wasn’t going to do anything. Similar how I know corporate won’t do anything, even though they see these post. They will also suggest a link. Please don’t send… I’ve wasted enough of my time posting this.
Update: 2/16/26
I arrived 6 minutes before DoorDash pickup time and I accepted the order at least 3 minutes prior to that. When I arrived the shake and soda was ready, but essentially waited 20 minutes for the entire order to be completed. Ryan was working hard to complete orders so I can even be mad. But, whoever the female was with an injured hand was just there on her cell phone multiple times. Ridiculous. I see less people working here and good. Out with the old and in with quality people that enjoy being employed. This place has a lot more to go before it’s somewhat adequate for fast food – 20 min isn’t. Moreso, the customer got mad at me for its liquify shake.
And FIX YOU ORDER SCREEN!!!!
These employees do everything to ignore clients that are at the register or in line. How else are we suppose to know you are working or received our orders.
1)The first time I went there, I got a meal and a Oreo McFlurry the Oreo McFlurry was not stirred at all and I thought maybe they just simply forgot so I asked the lady I said hey can you stir this? She said ”I don’t know how to use the stirring machine” Weird but OK.
2) The second time I went there, I ordered a Double quarter pounder meal With no pickles and no onions and add bacon. I received it and it had pickles and onions, and only one piece of meat, So obviously, I took it back and told them that I didn’t want pickles or onions and it’s missing a whole quarter pound patty. When I received the replacement, the burger was plain, no ketchup, No pickles, no onions no mustard.
3) The third time I went there, I got a double quarter pounder and it was extremely undercooked. That is the picture I am posting.
4) The last time I went there Yesterday, Friday, October 31 I ordered a quarter pounder with no pickles no onions, And a new golden snack wrap with no lettuce. When I received my order, the quarter pounder had pickles and the snack wrap had lettuce.
Now I am not one to normally complain, but this is getting extremely ridiculous. Also, the way it’s set up when you walk in the cash registers right there but then there’s like a wall So you can’t see the kitchen, and therefore the kitchen staff cannot see you waiting to make your order. I have no idea who this manager is or Why they are not training people to do the job correctly, but it is crazy when I’ve been there 4 times and all 4 times something has been wrong.
But unfortunately I decline because im not wait another 20 mins for fast food
Ive been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting for my food with maybe 1-3 people that have dined in since. Turns out they set my food on the counter now after remaking it and never told me it was done nor called it out. Now they are remaking it AGAIN. The whole staff are whining at each other and some lady is now complaining about me as if this is my fault.
The manager walked out and the employees immediately started talking crap on her in front of me. Unbelievable. Some of us have to work 18 hour shifts and want something to eat because we’re tired, yet you can’t handle an 8 hour shift putting the fries in the bag. What a sad existence for these people.
Update: Got food. I debated walking out because I’m worried with the attitudes that someone spit in my food. To the kind lady in the jeans and had the tattoos who apologized and snuck an apple pie in my bag, do yourself a favor and get out of there because you are too good for that place.
