If you’re looking for “fast” food, avoid this location in the morning. Even with a 20-minute head start on a mobile order, I consistently wait 25+ minutes at 5:30 AM. The staff is incredibly slow and unprofessional—I’ve had the window shut in my face and was handed a soda dripping all over because it was overfilled. They never include napkins and can’t seem to get a simple Egg McMuffin out on time. Other chains like Chick-fil-A and Dunkin’ handle lines twice this size with 100% more politeness and speed. This store needs a serious management overhaul.

Listen, I know its just a McDonald’s lol but you are all worth more than the dirt quality this one provides. I’ve lived 10 minutes away from it for 2 years and they CONSISTENTLY forget the sauce, give me VERY old fries, never follow custimizations, and how the hell do I keep getting the no-syrup sprite? I’m swapping to the significantly busier one by 75, which I’m sure the employees are happy to hear considering they really don’t wanna do their jobs. I love service workers and I’m aware this is a training and management problem that I have no power to fix lmao

One of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. Half the kiosks are broken, and the workers seem annoyed when you have to go upfront to pay. Hashbrown was cold and hard. Very obvious it was sitting in the back for WAY longer than it should have been.
I was the first one inside in the morning after they opened the lobby (5am). Place is DIRTY. Fries, empty sauce packets, napkins and straw wrappers on the floor. I’m sitting here as I type this and can see at least 2 tables that need cleaned off still from the night before.
I came inside so I could charge my work laptop and they have blocked off every single outlet inside. Very glad I won’t be back here again.

I ordered online through the app and when I got there, I asked to add a medium fry to the order. The lady straight up just said “no I’m dealing with Something”. I was very confused and when I got to the window, I asked another person if I could add a medium fry to the order in which I Got told no again. When I asked why, he wouldn’t tell me and then told me to go around the drive through again if I want them. I then asked if I went around again when I get told yes this time? And he said no. So if you want to go through the drive-through of this location

Worst chocolate shake I’ve had at a McDonalds. It was half melted and too heavy on the chocolate (or maybe just seemed that way because of the temp). Fries were only ok, after a short minute they tasted dried out and left a lump in our stomachs. Would choose another location next time.

Poor Service and Unprofessional Manager
My order was made incorrectly, and when I politely asked for the correct food, the manager got an attitude instead of fixing the mistake. That alone was frustrating, but it got worse.
The manager then used my drink cup to scoop ice instead of using an ice scooper, which is unsanitary and unacceptable in a restaurant. Managers should know better and set an example for proper food safety and customer service.
This experience was disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning and hope this location retrains its management staff the Haitian lady shift, leader or manager or whatever y’all wanna call her teach her what customer services is it’ll get her a lot further in life or tell her to find a new job

Hey,it’s Mcdonalds ! Not a fan of the kiosk ordering….No human interaction..asked screen for xtra onions..got no onions? Looked around,no way to get any associates attention…I did leave with fresh breath though….
