I just opened up the box of my quarter pounder with cheese and I think the picture speaks for itself. Did someone eat half of it and put it in the box? Did someone drop it on the floor and put half back into the box?!? Completely unacceptable.

I ordered through the app yesterday, 2 snack wraps and a frappe. I’m serve safe certified and the chicken definitely wasn’t cooked all the way, I took a bite out of the first one and realized it was pink and raw on the inside. I ended up getting Salmonella and have been having, vomiting, chills, headache. Which only appears 6 hrs after that initial bite. I DID NOT eat anything before the wraps or after, I don’t recommend eating a wrap since they don’t know how to temp chicken and give out raw chicken, someone needs to retrain the kitchen on food safety 101.

This location is very horrible. The general manager (Spanish lady) even refused to give me her name so when I could call corporate on her she covered her name tag. This is the last time ill go there. Orders have been wrong many times, waiting forever for food when cars behind you are going around you. Ill drive 10 minutes out the way next time. Place is a joke.

I’ve slowly noticed how bad this McDonald’s has gotten. First, the soda machine is gone from the eating area, which now causes even more inconvenience for both the workers and customers since you have to go up and ask for a refill. Even though there is barely anyone keeping an eye on the registers, I came in to get some food for my family and ordered at the kiosk and had to pay with cash. I went up to pay, and a lady named Lia, who is a manager, came up and didn’t say anything, with the most disgusted face like this one I got my food and headed to the car. As I put the food on top to unlock my car, I saw that they weren’t even filled properly; one had less than the other. This location sadly just isn’t it anymore.

The worst McDonald’s ever been to. there’s no one taking orders and they just look at you like saying I hope you get tired and leave. The manager is a young kid that clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing and doesn’t even let you talk when you want to ask a question.
