I ALWAYS get parked at this location. Doesn’t matter what I order… I thought this was fast food? Are you cooking everything to order?They pull you to the curb and basically forget about you. And you better hope it isn’t wrong (which they usually forget something) because they are gone before you can even say thank you. This location needs to do better

My gluten free daughter wanted an ice cream so we stopped through the drive through and asked for a vanilla ice cream cup. They attempted to give us the cup with a cone in it and when we informed them we could not eat the cone due to being gluten free, they closed the window and came back with the same cup just without the cone. It was very clear all they did was remove the cone because we could see visible shreds of cone on the swirl still. We had to park and go inside to get it corrected. Very annoying.

Greetings, we usually have good service here at this McDonald’s. But I’m going to say this again, if you’re dining inside. I don’t care who’s at the drive up window or picking up for mobile to mobile pickup on your app. We are standing in front of you right in front of your face. You should wait on us. It should not take 25 minutes to get a simple meal from you. That is absolutely ridiculous. I am going to report this to corporate. Thank you

Strange to say that inside they have amazing service, in a way as if it’s not McDonalds. Making sure you have everything. Checking up on people earing inside like it’s a sit down restaurant, not a fast food place. They don’t need to, but they do. They also keep it well cleaned, even when busy. It’s also strage to see it seems like they are well staffed compared to other places. Probably why their wait times are low and their customer service is excellent. I’ve come here a few times now to eat inside before I head to work, and this is consistent no matter what time, and what day.

why use the mobile app if you still need to wait 15 minutes to get the food? I order from McDonald’s every weekend. some time the food is packed neatly, and other times it’s just thrown into the bag. today was a throw it in day!

All I wanted was a sweet tea, the guy did not have to yell, then preceded to yell louder when u ask just my money back for the drink. At a certain point I just said keep the drink and the money and went to sit back down and eat my food. Loud mouth followed continuously yelling you don’t want the drink , told him to get away from me with all that loud talk, he said he wasn’t loud, y’all can check the cameras, don’t appreciate how I heard laughing as the guy went back behind the counter and was rambling about something. The 2 stars is for the manager insisting I take a card, told her I didn’t want nothing but regardless I appreciate that.

Terrible service yesterday I came they forgot my double cheeseburger handed me one patty. I came today and got a coupon for free fry and they ended up not even putting it in the system that I got my then when I told them that the fries weren’t added like they were supposed to. She then made me check my receipt and everything then told me well. It’s not there and I told her I just gave him my coupon then she goes and gets me the fries and then put the fries upside down in there rude

Can’t get HOT Fries unless you ask for them ahead. I returned to the counter and asked for HOT FRIES and she put them back in the oil, warmed them and served them to me, loaded with extra oil. You should not have to ask for HOT FRIES or napkins!
