We were traveling back from a hike in the mountains. Needed something filling and tasty. Becky took great care of us and the food hit the spot perfectly. The homemade slaw has a unique twist with some pickles in it and we loved it. The fried chicken was crispy and juicy, the perfect combination. It was the first time I have had raw fries and they were very tasty with the ranch dip. The restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly.

Let me start by saying I was excited to eat here. That excitement ended very soon after entering the building. I was not greeted, seated myself, and waiting over 20 minutes before someone aknowledged me. Only 3 tables in the restaurant including myself and the 2 men that came in right behind me. They were greeted and served immediately I am assuming they were local. After my order was finally taken I waiting another 15 minutes for a burger and onion rings. Definitely NOT worth the wait. Burger was dry onion rings were greasy. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this place I am sad to say

Great little “Mom & Pop” style spot. The menu had lots of selections for everyone. Food came out pretty quick. The “trash” hash browns were awesome. I added two over medium eggs to them and they were delish. My husband enjoyed the pancakes and bacon. The kids liked the biscuits and gravy. The staff was friendly. We’d definitely stop again as we travel through.

✨⭐✨ JUST WOW!!! If you are driving thru stop here!!! Seriously, the town folk know of this local secret but others are gonna be let in now! Here’s a long time successful restaurant that is known for terrific food and friendly people. It’s really just a gem! Delicious and AMAZING blueberry salad that’s like a getting a gelatin scrumptious dessert! I had one with my meal and another to go. And portions are big and economically priced right! Also wonderful homemade macaroni and cheese My husband’s monster biscuit was exactly that and delicious. Only regret is that KNOXVILLE doesn’t have Bill and Fran’s restaurant there for me to visit often. THANK YOU ALL WHO ARE A PART OF THIS DECADENT EATERY ❤️

The burgers are great… They’re homemade and fresh. The onion rings and the raw fries were delicious. And the cole slaw is the best I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The staff is very friendly. Easy on and off I-26.

Nice place for a meal off the interstate, very small portions. Waitress was very nice even left her a large tip. I would go again but not order the same item. I took a pic, and maybe management will contact me.

Found this little gem when looking for a half way point to meet family. Instantly fell in love with this place. Nothing fancy or over the top. Just that “hole in the wall” that gives all the yesteryear vibes! The food and service speaks for itself. Down home, fantastic county cooking and kind service from start to finish.
