I really do not even know what to say. This has to be a joke, I came through here late one evening, early morning… and got cold food 3 times in a row after asking them to make it fresh. The manager got angry with me immediately after my first time of showing her that the order was completely wrong not to mention cold. She then claimed to personally have made my next order, which was once again completely wrong. By the way there was no other customers inside or in the Drive-Thru I was literally the only one there. I told her that I would be patient and gladly wait for them to make the correct order that I had paid for but instead she got mad and said that she could not handle it any longer and gave me a refund. Sometimes you just have to count things in life as a loss but this was a complete comedy skit. Unfortunately McDonald’s just like Amazon and Walmart are too big, to need to make a real and actual change, or fix a mistake that they make for a single Customer because a single customer does not matter to them… anyways, the manager Violetta was certainly not qualified to be in customer service, let alone work as a manager. I really feel like I’m in the Twilight Zone with what I just experienced

Super slow service. No one at the counter to talk. Food took more than 30 minutes. People waited extra 30 min to get their drinks after getting their food. Very bad experience. All this people waiting for their orders.

absolutely disappointing. placed online order bf waited for 30 mins. gets home and a meal is missing. i go up there they give me my fry and make me go to the next window to wait an additional 20 mins for ONE SANDWHICH. while i’m waiting on that i decided to call the store manager alex as the number was posted on the window. she was extremely rude. tried to explain to her the situation she said “well i don’t see you” well maybe because im in the drive through alex this place will never get a dollar from me again i will happily drive to bartow or winter have although this location is closest. please do better. placed my order at 7:59 didn’t even get to finally sit down and actually eat my dinner until 9:30. which was obviously cold by the time i finally made it back home to eat after the second trip….

I see a lot of negative reviews but I have to be honest, this was my first time going and it was great. Our food was fresh, hot, and the order was accurate. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back sometime!

Ordered online and picked it up within 5-10 minutes. McDouble is not at all how it should be. Dry and burnt, no toppings besides ketchup and cheese on the bottom. Cold fries. Chicken nuggets cold and hard.

Waited in the drive through for 30 mins just to be parked for an additional 15 minutes. Went inside and waited on a manager for a ADDITIONAL 15 minutes then finally got my money back. Went again the 2 days ago, same thing waited a hour in total for my food and refund and the food they did give me it was the wrong egg and had egg shells in it. Terrible experience
