Great vibe. The Cuban sub and fried testones was very authentic and flavorful. I haven’t had one like that since I lives in Florida. The waitress was amazing .

I have been here often since this spot opened. The owner, Jay, is such a gem of a human! I have had breakfast, apps, cocktails, and dinner here. ALL the food I have ordered thus far has been wonderful! The lasagna type option with plantain as ‘noodles’ is my favorite dish! I order it often; images of that dish. I also included images of the hot dogs and smash burger that I often order as well. I would highly recommend this spot for any person passing through Boro or who lives here full time.

Highly recommended!! First time visiting and we were pleasantly surprised. The food was superb, I had the Avocado Toast Greek style and I absolutely loved it. My husband had the Cuban sandwich and he also LOVED it. Their tostones were the best ones that I’ve had in a long time, my Venezuelan heart was very happy . You can tell that their food is fresh, totally worth visiting. Also, they are OPEN UNTIL 2AM! You saw that right! 10/10 I recommended stopping by!

Looked at the menu and was intrigued. Ate the food and was blown away. In an area where everyone does seafood, these folks are serving up Latino carribean comfort food.. seriously this is a food network type place. Good portions, good prices and beachy vibes on the jukebox

First time eating at this new restaurant and it’s one of the best breakfasts I’ve had in swansboro! The prices were extremely fair and the portions were well sized! The quality and taste was out of this world and we’ll definitely be returning!

I’m a huge fan of By the Bridge. We went for brunch recently and there was a man running the show that was super nice and really attentive. There was a small wobble in the table and I didn’t even notice it until I saw him bend down to and fix it. It took me a second to register what he was doing but when I did I thought it was so kind of him. Aside from the nice staff, the food was a really fun change. I love that we’re getting so much variety in the area and the quality of the food was great. I can’t wait to go back and take some friends! The brunch menu was fun and had enough variety so that we all found something (vegetarian, picky eater… whatever!) The dinner menu looks just as great.

A group of women and I came here after paddle boarding and ordered so much off the menu. The service was great and they were super accommodating and helpful for dairy free and gluten free options as well as answering our questions. The food came out fresh and delicious! We ordered wings, burgers, tacos, plantains, salad, beans, fries and who knows… maybe more. All of it was great! We will definitely be back and so appreciate all of the wonderful service and delicious food. Thank you By the Bridge.

Not sure if I’m coming back .Me and my partner came and ate for brunch. First, it took about 10 minutes to even get a menu. Then another 5 minutes to take our drink order. Both waitresses seem very friendly people but one was running the bar and serving. It appears they need a little help with more staff. We both ordered the coffee. It tasted like the coffee has been sitting since they opened this morning. The coffee tasted like it’s old and wasn’t even hot. It was more of a Luke warm coffee. Our food was great but overpriced. Mainly because the food was the only thing I was impressed with. It’s a very small space for how busy the place can get. We were asked to move for a party to take our table. We understood and moved for the party but the experience all around was not the best. The establishment looks amazing however, definitely could have spent that money elsewhere for a more enjoyable experience.

Great service and good food! Went for breakfast on the Marine Corps Birthday to support local business, they provided Marines with cake and played the Marine Corps Hymn. Tried Carnitas street tacos at the owners request, and they were the best tacos we have ever had. Ask for Michelle as your server!!! Best server in town!!

The Ybor City Cuban Sandwich is a must-have! The savory flavors of the ham, roasted pork, pickle, and mustard on the sandwich are well-complimented by the golf sauce and plantain chips! Thoroughly impressed with the staff and service. Great experience!

Such great options for delish dishes! Plantains are amazing! Wing sauce options are so great! Love how cozy it is outside and you can enjoy the breeze and view! Was amazing, they got a fish option for one of the girls in our party who didn’t eat meat to make tacos. Was so good.
