Genuinely I think the best McDonald’s I’ve ever visited. The service is amazing. They are very quick with it. I’ve never had any problems in this McDonald’s. Anytime I go to a different one, I always manage compare it to this one because they dont do it like yall like it does not hit the same . if I could rate 10 stars, I literally would. Everyone needs a shout out.

The person who served me at this place was very kind. I ordered online, but the system was taking a while, I asked her if they had received an order notification, but she kindly replied that no, that nothing had arrived so far, I showed her my phone to confirm, and it appeared that it was in process, and when I was leaving, the order appeared, and also the restaurant, and as soon as I had to wait I think less than three minutes, lol, the girl called me quickly, here’s your order sir, I felt old , but I have to admit, they were very cordial.

I used to enjoy coming here, having a decent quick meal and enjoy watching my wonderful dog “wolf down” one of their great, free “pup cups.” I’m guessing the cost of that little squirt of whipped cream was just too much to bear. When I asked for the treat today the answer wasn’t just “No,” but a resounding “absolutely NOT” from the hidden store manager.
I hope this is a decision from just this store. I will try other stores and find out. If this was indeed a corporate decision then Mickey-D’s will be visited much less often.

Look at these beautiful nuggets! Went on Friday the 13th around 5pm. The staff was on it! Super fast, friendly and the food was fresh. My kids ordered a nugget meal, hamburger and a McFlurry. I live down the road from the WH cypress McDonald’s and I will drive out of my way to avoid it, that location needs to take notes from this Lake wales McDonald’s.

The place was immaculate. I watched the manager as we walked in (17) of us. They got our orders (all on one tab), and they came out pronto, plus taking care of drive threw. I guess seeing a bus load of athletic volleyball players had people going to the drive threw.
The manager and crew were on top of their game.

Apparently they cannot understand orders correctly. Specifically asked for no pickles on the happy meal. What does it come with….5 pickles on it. NOT 1 OR 2,…. BUT 5!! I mean c’mon really. Even the ticket said NO PICKLES!! Service was fast, but order wasn’t correct. Mickey D’s, you gotta do better than this.

Dear McDonald’s Corporate Customer Service,
I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the level of service I recently experienced at one of your locations. I waited an unreasonably long time in line, and the overall customer service was completely unacceptable.
Despite McDonald’s reputation for fast service, this visit was anything but. The staff appeared disorganized, inattentive, and lacked any sense of urgency. There was no communication, no apology, and no explanation for the delay—just an indifferent attitude toward customers who had been waiting far too long.
This is not what I expect from a global brand known for consistency and efficiency. As a paying customer, my time is valuable, and this experience showed a complete disregard for that. I’m disappointed, frustrated, and seriously reconsidering whether I will return.
I urge you to look into this matter and ensure that proper training and accountability are enforced at this location. Customers should never have to endure this kind of treatment.
