The biscuits and 1/4 a scoop of gravy platter was too dry and needed alot more gravy. I specifically asked for extra butter with my big breakfast so they gave me no butter at all.

Always clean and typically quiet, outside of the normal mcdonalds daily sounds. Only a few times has one specific employee been less than favorable towards me but other than that, I dont have bad experiences. My son and I love coming here to celebrate his progress reports.

I tried to place an order at the drive thru. I had a deal on the app that I told the person. They proceeded to miss half the order, which includes the deal I wanted so the register applied the discount incorrectly. When I explained the situation the person told me they couldn’t tell the system how to apply the discount. Yes, you can lady. You remove the item that I don’t want and put the correct one on. OR, better yet, listen to the order being placed instead of not paying attention…….I went to the McDonald’s on 27 and guess what, they were able to tell the system how to do the order correctly. Imagine that?!

It’s McDonald’s I don’t know what else to say I usually come here and a pinch cuz Burger King screwed me over food is always warm it’s always as they asked if I add things to it it’s always there they’re Sprite and their Coke is always top notch set staff is always helpful super kind super courteous this McDonald’s location gets a 10 out of 10 for me

Fastest drive through in lake Wales!
Don’t bother going inside. The order kiosk didn’t take my card so I stood in line twice just to pay. Then waited 10 minutes for grilled chicken from yesterday. Then they never gave me my drink. SMH.

Mc Donald’s currently has monopoly going. When you go inside they have a specific tab for monopoly ticket items you can prder from. When we got our food, it didn’t have the monopoly tickets. So I asked and I was told they aren’t useing the monopoly boxes for anything but the Big Mac. Why have a monopoly menu if you won’t honor it.
On top of that our food was cold and the buns where stale.

Waited 20 minutes for a curbside order that only had a burger fried and drink but I watched as other cars pulled into other lots and get their food quicker than me. After waiting the 20 minutes got fed up and just went inside. I wouldn’t recommend if you’re on a timed lunch break and need to get food quick, because it was the opposite of fast

Joking a lot (employees), took over 15 minutes from placing our order until we actually got the food (it was slow) but when they had a small rush of orders that’s when they dispatched them very swiftly. No one was paying attention (at first) if someone was waiting to place an order with an actual person, a lady actually waited around 10 minutes before someone acknowledged her, and it was an employee whom seem to be on their lunch break and overheard a comment about the lady waiting so long to place an order. I don’t have any issue with making jokes and whatnot as long as it doesn’t affect productivity.
