Upon coming in Today we were seated immediately by David I believe his name was, and my server Amanda was such a Doll! The atmosphere, the service, and the food were all excellent. Food was delicious, drinks were amazing, the virgin strawberry pina colada that Amanda recommended was amazing my daughter loved it. Steaks were great, appetizers delicious, and the cake for my baby was phenomenal. Thank u for the AMAZING service again Amanda you most definitely deserve a Raise beautiful

The food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter was Erin last night around 8pm 09/02/21 she was awesome. Has excellent customer service even tho the table next to us was rude to her. She made us laugh and still had a very good attitude. Thank you for good service!!!
Came again 02/24/22 because I liked it so much the first time and Kim B was our & she was excellent . Drinks were strong just how we like them and food was great. Steaks were backwards but it’s ok they were still delicious.

This has become my and my husband’s favorite date night spot. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service; the price is reasonable for the food and pleasant atmosphere. I’m making a pact with myself to try something other than their ribs next time. They are just so good I can’t help but order them. I’ve had opportunities to taste their chicken off of my husband’s plate, and it, too, is delicious.
If you have any room after these huge portions, dessert is definitely a must. The chocolate motherload cake is rich and moist, with chocolate chips sprinkled throughout the cake. There are also walnuts along the side of the cake, giving a small respite from the sweetness of the frosting. You’ll need a cup of coffee or milk with this and a few friends. The cake is eight layers if I remember correctly, and you’ll need help. The other dessert one tried was their butter cake. This is the butter cake of all butter cakes. A crispy outside crust breaks open to a dreamy dense yet moist buttery cake. They top it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, fresh berries, and a drizzle of fruit glaze. The cake is super sweet, and the ice cream perfectly compliments it.
I recommend this for a nice night out.
FYI: Claim Jumper also has a full bar; however, I have never sat at the bar, so I have no review of it.

Needs to be cleaned the table was sticky there were crumbs on the booth and every cup was dirty and so were a few plates. They messed up my friends order and gave her something completely different from what she ordered. The shrimp was disgusting! It was coated in a thick chewy batter that made it inedible.

The clam crowder was good. Everything else was okay. Claim Jumper isn’t like it use to be. The calamari wasn’t even hot when it was brought out and it take so long to get your drinks and it wasn’t even busy.

I love their Happy Hour! The menu has a lot of good food items.You can only sit in the bar area though and the space is not too big but if you get there at the right time you’re good. This time too the coconut shrimp and potato skins were a little overdone and our Barracuda drink was not worth the $5.00. I hope that helps you out when ordering. I love the happy hour food pricing here!!!

So the service was really good, waiter was awesome with drink refills and being attentive. The atmosphere is nice really clean. It was packed when we arrived. I read so many reviews about the shrimp and loaded potato soup being amazing so that’s exactly when ordered.
1. I had to ask them to switch my soup cause it was really bad. The text and taste was terrible. Seemed like it had been sitting all day.
2. Coconut shrimp with veggies was burnt and super oily. I got way more coconut than shrimp.
For the prices, I would say the restaurant could really step up there quality. Didn’t enjoy my food at all. Sorry guys

It took over 45mins for us to be seated. When we were once seated I expected to see an entirely full restaurant to capacity. But no instead the restaurant was half empty so I question why it took 45 minutes for us to be seated. Upon being seated we were greeted and placed our order. Unfortunately it took another 50 minutes, For 1 of our 3 dishes to arrive. Unfortunately this made for an awkward date with one us with having our plate infront of us while the other just sat there. Finally the fish and chips a fairly simple dish we placed as a starter arrived. Nothing memorable. But at least we could at least eat and not awkwardly stair at each other wondering where’s the food. Upon that it took approximately another 20min for the jambalaya to arrive. By this time the waitress and another gentleman had approached us apologized for the delay and inconvenience. They also discount our plates and gave us the jambalaya for free. By that time we were done and ready to leave after waiting 3hr I nearly fell a sleep twice. My check in time was 6:11pm. I was given $48 in discounts 2 apologies but I might not be coming back the food wasn’t memorable enough for me to return. We must have seen at least 13-17 parties leave this location essentially adding up to money walking out of the buisness. I left a $20 tip but honestly you guys deserved $0. I would have rather been charged my entire bill and left $0 in tip. 1hr wait time for food is not acceptable. I should be given a gift certificate for my generosity because your service sucked!
