Worse service!! I wish I could give zero stars. I went through the drive thru with my children at 9:13pm. I had a simple order and was asked to pull around to #2 so I did. They brought food out and gave to me but it was nowhere near my order. I took the order back in and had to wait 5minutes until I was helped. They took my receipt back and the bag of food and then blamed each other for the food mess up. The acting manager tonight said ” i am one fing person” its not my problem. Then they worked on other orders all while I waited at the counter. 40 minutes went by and they walked out with several orders to other customers they had since made wait. I asked if any were mine as I had been there longer and was told no. At this point I asked for a manager. This “acting manager” told me she was just made aware of my order issue. I called her out on that as I heard and watched it all unfold. Due to this interaction and lack of accountability I requested a refund. I live near here and go here often but I will likely not go back. This establishment needs new employees in the afternoon/night because it is this way often. I was throughly shocked at the lack of customer service skills.

Ever since I’ve moved here, the service has been consistently horrible. Either staff needs to be retrained or higher-ups need to step in, especially during early mornings and weekends, because this is never ending.
On top of that, if you’re a walk-in customer, ordering through the mobile app, or a food delivery driver, expect to wait 30+ minutes for your order. The drive-thru is always prioritized, while everyone else is left waiting. The manager and staff give the same excuse every time: being understaffed. At some point, that stops being an excuse and becomes a management issue.

Got 6$ spicy mchicken, added cheese. Sized it up to medium. There was no line whatsoever. Chicken was cold as ever for one. (Impossible to be cold if I live Right behind the establishment) no cheese after I asked If the cheese was added. Fries were cold… I just Don’t get it… if you wouldn’t eat it that way, why would you bag something like that up for a customer? You need new staff.

Management needs proper customer service training. I’ve been to this location since it opened and there is a girl on the second window who is light skinned, red-pinkish hair who is so rude. She NEVER makes eye contact with me or say a word after I clearly say thank you and I find that as a lack of respect. I don’t expect a conversation but just eye contact and a simple “enjoy” or whatever.

My first job 32 years ago was at McDonald’s, and things have changed so much since then. That’s where I learned what a drive-thru really is and how long you should keep a customer waiting. But today’s experience erased all the good memories I had.
I’ve had several issues before, but today I arrived at 4:17 p.m. They took my order and asked me to pull up to the next window. By 4:45 I was still there, so I had to move and park to see what was going on with my order. At first, they ignored me, and I had to ask what was happening, but nothing. I went back and heard one of the employees saying, “I don’t know, I’ll take it to the car,” and when she realized it was me, she changed the conversation. How unprofessional!
In the end, they gave me my money back.
Things have changed so much… nothing like the old days.

Went to this location at approx 1000pm. Ordered Quarter pounder with cheese. What i got was a sandwich without a bottom bun. Cheese was melted into box. Also ordered a filet o fish. Instead got a chicken sandwich. When we talked to cashier we got what we ordered. My Quarter pounder with cheese sandwich was cold again. Cheese was hard. Fries were soggy and lukewarm. If you do go to this McDonald’s please check your order prior to leaving drive thru window.

Please retrain the employees. I’ve been to this location twice for breakfast. I used the mobile app thinking it would be faster. First time, I waited over 25 mins for my food. I had my son in that car so I wasn’t getting out. Second time, they handed me half of my order and tried to rush me away. Then I had to wait 15mins for some hotcakes!

This particular Mc Donald’s on Johnson needs a lot of help! The reviews don’t lie! There is one young girl that works the pickup drive through and she seriously hasn’t a clue about customer service, she doesn’t listen when I try to tell her somethings missing in my order and she calls me “honey” , I don’t want her calling me that! Now..There are a couple wonderful employees there, that always get it right! Both excellent at customer service and quality control! Ci Ci is one of them, she is excellent at her job and should be the manager of this place imo!The other is an older lady who is very kind and accurate. The rest need to learn something from them. Seems like the owner really doesn’t care about much but making $$$

Geeze! I always look forward to the return of the McRib! Everything about the sandwich just works: the pork patty, the BBQ sauce, the raw onions and the pickles – it’s a perfect combination! But this location just messed it up! My sandwich was cold, doused in an extreme amount of BBQ sauce AND.. the onions and pickles were missing! Such a huge disappointment! I am annoyed, frustrated and highly pissed off! I’ve never done it a review like this before! I am just so fed up with poor service and exorbitant prices!
