We went inside to order, but no one was at the counter. When someone finally got to the counter, we ordered but the machine that prints the receipts wasn’t working. We never got a receipt. It took at least 15 minutes for us to get our order and we did not know what number we were. Many of us were waiting up there for our orders and there was hardly anyone ever coming to the counter to help anybody out. They don’t have any plasticware or napkins or anything out here in the dining room so you have to rely on the staff to get it for you, but they just stay back there and hardly ever come up. No one ever comes to the counter. The tables were dirty so we had to wipe it off ourselves. The food was OK, but it could’ve been a little bit warmer. this place needs better management and there needs to be more people at the counter.

Consistently messes up basic orders. Constantly need to check my order before I drive away and it’s not worth it. I recommend driving 10 minutes up the road to the McDonald’s in Sebring. Management at Avon park doesn’t hold their people accountable.

I ordered on the mobile app expecting my food to be ready when I got there. In a hurry to go to church they tell me that im going to have to wait for my order to be made. Not being able to get my food nor a refund left my kids hungry and my pockets empty. Sebring McDonald’s NEVER has this issue, so why does Avon Park?

Food is always made incorrectly. Workers are ignorant and don’t care. Took 4 different times to make my food correctly and at the end of the day all it means was I got 4x the amount of food I even ordered.
They need to fire employees who are a part of the problem and hire those who appreciate their jobs.

I only go here when I want to play fast food roulette. 5/ 10 times I get the wrong items. Drive through, kiosk inside and even the mobile app orders get messed up. Crazy, but a surprise cheeseburger isn’t always a horrible prize.

Like other customers, I had a bad experience dining here before, but in my case, for the past two to three months, I’ve had a good experience compared to other times. There’s a lady here (today she’s wearing a blue shirt, so I’m guessing she’s the manager). She has brought my food a few times now, and every time she comes to my table, she greets me with a smile and always acts very politely. I just wanted to be fair and publicly thank the lady.

This particular store has a very bad habit I’m getting orders wrong not being customer friendly in many cases the food was of lesser quality. Somewhere out there McDonald’s restaurants have compromised the quality and their customer service in the name of modern technology. Not to mention their food is outrageously overpriced for the quality and the quantity received.
