Went there for breakfast this morning spent some money finished my food and then was asked to leave immediately after I spent money. I know the homeless around here is a lot but I felt like they were treating me like I was homeless and had nowhere to go. Really bad customer service. I fully ridiculous wait almost 25 minutes. For a ice coffee and a Mocha frappe and two chocolate chip cookies the works walk around like they were high I’m pretty sure the kid taking payments in the first Window was high. And the cookies were so hot they totally Melted all over the bag they come in had to throw them away because they were so hot you couldn’t Handle them and again they were all mushy of melted because they were too hot. If I was the owner or the District manager for definitely do random drug test and fire the night crew anyone working after 10:30 on April 29th.

I’ve never been the type of person to write bad reviews, especially when it comes to customer service workers, but this took my people pleaser side away. I waited 30+ minutes at a designated parking spot where it feels like I was almost forgotten about considering the cars that were previously behind me had no issue or wait time with receiving their orders and passed by. When I did receive my order, half of it was missing and what I had actually received from it was wrong. Had the line not been so long (as it had built up while I was waiting for said order) I would have gone back around to simply fix the issue. It may just be the hangriness and my poor decision of choosing this night to be my fast food night, but this was actually the worst experience I’ve had, unfortunately.

Very slow service. There were 3 visitors in line, and 5 people were waiting for a takeout order. We waited about 30 minutes to get fast food. In addition, the check was inflated (we canceled some ingredients in the menu, but the check showed the full amount). Upon request, the cashier corrected this error, for which we thank her. In general, McDonald’s was created as a fast food place, but today’s it was very slow . In general, we waited 30 minutes to eat 2 sandwiches and pancakes and to correct the inflated amount in the check.

I absolutely Hate this McDonald’s with a Passion, I noticed this particular McDonald’s doesn’t like Homeless people at all. They have No drink Machine and they hesitate to give You a Free water Cup… I have to be buzzed into the bathroom. And just yesterday I went in to ask if I could use a phone because of an emergency, well they all acted like they didn’t even know what a cell phone was!! This particular McD let’s Me down everytime
