Arrived to pickup an Uber eats order. Sat there for 10-15 mins while they told me to pull off to the side when the customers order had been placed wel before I arrived. And waited and waited and waited as they served other customers that paid less through the app and drove up to the windows and ordered. And got there food before the uber eats customer did. They treat delivery drivers and the delivery customers like they are an imposition. The nasty starkly manager acts like this also. Didn’t even apologize or anything either. Nasty people. Little punk kids and nasty lazy manager.

20 minutes for hamburger and fries is absolutely ridiculous. And to wait that long only for your food to arrive cold as you sit in a parking place is even worse. Might as well stop calling it a drive through if you have to park and wait every time.

The Spanish lady, not Martha (I should have gotten her name, but it wasn’t Martha) at the drive thru this past weekend window was so rude and she rushed me along while forgetting some of my items. If she doesn’t like her job, she should quit. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this McDonald’s although there is a young white man who is always friendly. He should become the manager if he isn’t already. I wish I knew his name because it’s definitely not the Caucasian man who was at the drive thru with the woman this particular day. He was rude too and shook his head at me when they were the ones in the wrong.

Four times I went to Walsingham McDonald’s for a medium smoothie four times. It was never full paying five dollars for a half a cup. It’s not right and they say it’s the machine’s fault four times they said that different people. I’m gonna add a photo because I just got this one from your store and went to another McDonald’s on West Bay and got a full cup no problem no problem with the machine so somebody’s not doing it right

I am very disappointed in my experience here. Twice I have gone to this location and they have neglected to give monopoly pieces. I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru and when I contact McDonald’s corporate they could care less. I was missing food and not even a refund. Do not go to this location.
