Its McDonald’s. Are you really looking at reviews for a 100yr old restaurant? I love their consistency most. You can expect the same Big Mac, to be exactly the same in Florida, Alaska, Hawaii, and London. The food is…. edible and probably has some nutritional value.

I use my mobile app to redeem an award for a hot and spicy chicken sandwich with no mayo when I went to pick up this order I placed another order that was a large fry and a medium shamrock shake. I used my McDonalds gift card at the first window and asked for a receipt. He said I had to ask the second window for a receipt, so at the second window they asked me what my orders were and I told them and I asked for a receipt they sent me to the third window. This is where the biggest problem occurred. I sat there for 15 minutes. I even set a timer after I sat there for two minutes because I had a feeling, and I heard some side talk. I called the store and a gentleman brought me a receipt to the third window after 6 minutes and the call, It was incorrect. I told him nicely why I needed the receipt because I wanted to know my gift card amount because it was not my card, somebody else this order. I called the stores number again when it hit 15 minutes and the phone was not going through. So because I was waiting there for 15 minutes for a simple receipt that I should’ve got at window one, I have a melted shake and a cold fries to bring to my daughter. I was not dressed properly and I was heated so I did not go inside the store. I do want to refund and an apology plus something needs to be done about this because this is the third time I asked for a receipt at the first window where you take my payment they send me to the second window and they cannot hand me my receipt. And me waiting 15 minutes for a simple receipt that they were not busy before my order but a few minutes after my order they did start getting busy but not one time did a manager come up and apologize for the wait or apologize because they could not find the receipt but left me there. For the simplest request this was the poorest customer service. This manager needs better training.

From the second I got to the drive through window after 10pm it was what the standard for service should be. Bright and cheery on the mic and very attentive. Then at the window, was the same. Food came out perfectly hot. Salted fries and all. Will Definitely be back very often

This particular McDonalds is not for everyone but it’s where the ‘hoods meet….black, white, gay, you name it. If you want fast drive-through this spot is hard to beat. That of course comes at the expense of some walk-in dining if you come before 8 a.m. Any time after that the front counter will be manned and of course the kiosks are always available if you want to pay for your $2 sandwich with a credit card. The place stays clean and it may not seem like it but it’s a loving atmosphere where the hard knocks of life get smoothed over with hot coffee and sincere “Good mornings!” from regulars. No, not from the staff, they’re busy.

I ordered my food through door dash. After waiting over an hour for my food, my food was unpresentable. They gave me two double cheese burgers one was smushed up like they just slapped everything together. The other sandwhich bread was so hard my child couldn’t even eat it. My fries was cold. This is completely unacceptable. Called the store multiple times but nobody answered.

I’ve been going there every morning for a week now. The restaurant is clean, food standard, staff is nice but it seems like they are really pushing the kiosk screens. Can end up waiting at the register for awhile trying to place an order. I’ve watched the other guests, they would rather wait for the register than use the screens. Hmmm… I just came up with an idea, use the drive thru and then come in to eat.

I went through the drive through and placed my order. They took my money very quickly. I went to the next window and got my beverage but was told to go to the last window for my food. I sat there for 20 minutes. No one was manning the window. The cars behind me were getting their food but I was not. I finally parked and went in. There were 4 people ahead of me. The kitchen staff were laughing and didn’t seem very focused. I waited another 15 minutes without being acknowledged and I finally left. I paid 12 dollars for a milkshake. I will never eat at any McDonald’s again. This location gets a large number of bad reviews on the night shift but there doesn’t seem to be any changes. I want my money back.
