I regularly pick up Uber Eats orders from this location and wanted to share some feedback. When I come inside, I try to politely acknowledge the staff with a wave or by making eye contact so I can let them know I’m there for a pickup. Unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced a lack of acknowledgment from staff.
To clarify, this has occurred during times when the restaurant was slow and not busy. Staff members were standing around, talking with each other, or on their phones, but customers at the counter were not being greeted or acknowledged. Even a simple “We’ll be right with you” would make a big difference.
I’m not expecting anything excessive. Just basic attentiveness and professionalism. A small improvement in customer service would greatly improve the experience for customers and delivery drivers alike.

Here’s a long, strongly negative review you can use. Let me know if you want it harsher, funnier, more formal, or shorter:

I normally don’t leave reviews, but my experience at this McDonald’s was so disappointing that I feel like people should know what they’re walking into. I went in expecting a quick, decent meal, and instead I left frustrated and honestly confused at how a simple order could go so wrong. First, they completely forgot my fries — literally the one thing I was looking forward to the most. It’s not like my order was complicated, but somehow it still came out wrong.
On top of that, the food I did get was rushed and thrown together like they didn’t care at all. My burger looked like it had been slapped together in five seconds, and the whole meal was already cold by the time I opened the bag. Not warm, not slightly cooled—cold. If I wanted cold fast food, I could’ve just eaten leftovers from my fridge and saved myself the money.
What made it worse was that nobody seemed to care. No apology, no double-checking the order, nothing. Just a bag shoved at me like they wanted me out of the way. For a place that’s supposed to be known for consistency, this location completely missed the mark. Between the missing fries, the rushed service, and the cold food, this visit was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in a long time.
I won’t be coming back anytime soon, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone unless they want to gamble with their order and their patience.

This is legitimately the worst store I’ve ever experienced in my life, all of the employees should seriously be fired. Not a single person answers at the drive thru, you drive up to the window and not a single person comes to talk to you or looks at you. I literally had to bang on the window in the drive thru. Every time I order on DoorDash I always end up having to cancel because the order never gets made, DoorDashers have even driven to pick it up and they never get talked to. I don’t ever leave reviews, but I’ve actually been so annoyed at how these employees actually do NOTHING

Mc Donald’s : One of America’s most recognizable fast food restaurants. This one had a modern appeal. My service was quick. I was there around 7:30 am and it was not busy at all. There aren’t any outlets to charge your phone like other Mc D’s have. I didn’t have to ask anyone to use the rest room, so that was nice! You can refill your own soft drinks as well. There are “No Loitering” signs on every wall which suggested they have a problem with that but it also makes it feel less cozy. I wanted to write this review while there but all the signage made me feel pressured to leave . The service was phenomenal and the crew was nice!

They gave me the wrong drink. Wrong sauce. Didn’t have ketchup.
When I came back to get my drink they took 5 minutes. Several people started bagging other orders and standing around while I asked 4x for my dr pepper.

I know fast food restaurants drive thur can fer very busy but after waiting over 15 minutes to get to the speaker box and then have the girl tell you that your online order is not at this location, and you know this one is less than 2 miles from home. She repeatedly said your code is not at this store and then asked for my address and then gave me the store location address please I know where I am finally someone wired together pulled up my order on the correct screen only to get to the windows and get the order which wS wrong, my grandson only likes plain burgers so I had to park go in there was no other customers at the counters but it took 3 minutes before I was acknowledged and I asked for a plain Mcdouble . Then they said you just want meat and cheese duh five minutes later im out the door. Never again at this location for me too many issues and not enough training for the staff.

All of the associates just ignored me on my face, while I was standing at the counter. None of the associates bothered to even greet me or ask me if I am ready to order. If the associates are not passionate about serving customers then why are they working in customer service? One of the worst experiences I ever had at any restaurant in my life. I just left this place without ordering anything.

Was just inside at this location and two guys wanted to order. 3 times over the course of 5 or so minutes, they were told to use the kiosk. Twice by a guy who seemed like he was managing. He didn’t stop to explain anything, just shot it off with his head turned away from them. I don’t know what the two guys situation was, but it obviously wasn’t registering what they were being told about the kiosk. If they were to use the kiosk, they would probably need help with that, they looked lost about everything that was going on. I told the manager that it looked like they had cash, and the manager said they can still use the kiosk with cash. If this is what using the app or kiosks leads to at a McDonalds, then I kind of want to stop using it. Maybe the guys were special needs and maybe they weren’t, but no one working at the store could find the time or courtesy to address them like humans, much less like paying customers. They just barked “use the kiosk” as they did a speed walk by them not even making eye contact. There is something seriously wrong with the culture at this store and company if ignoring customers that seemed to need extra help is preferable to someone in the drive through waiting an extra minute for their order.
