I frequently visit this location since it is close to my work. I’ve been going here for about 5 months now. Today was the first day they made a mistake on my order. They left out my 4 piece chicken nugget, and like a lot of people my first reaction was leave a bad review, call and complain… something. Instead I realized that for the last 5 months of good orders, I never left them a good review. So with that said the people in the drive thru who take your order are always amazing.

My son and I cruised through the drive thru yesterday around 1:00. From the moment I reached the ordering kiosk until I drove away I was all smiles. The lady on the other end the mic was bubbly and kind. She was patient while I ordered and spoke with such sweet words. I pulled up to the window to pay and was greeted with an amazing smile from a wonderful woman with gorgeous fire red hair. I wanted her to know how much I enjoyed our interaction and let her know she made me and my son smile. She began to pour even more sweet words into me so I rolled down my son’s window so he could see first hand the smile on her face. Her laughter was contagious and i drove away in a much better mood. My son asked if we could come to this specific location more often. Thank you to whomever you were, you were a bright light for n a gloomy day!

I go inside to place my order. Atleast 6 people are in there working. I waited 10min with absolutely noone ahead of me. I get in my vehicle and go to drive through and they inform me that noone works the front lobby orders. Wouldve been nice to know before I wasted my time.

Disappointed in my most recent visit to this McDonald’s. They burned the living daylights out of my sausage egg McMuffin pictures below.
Update. Better service this time, but still had a chicken tender that was cooked wrong and my order was automatically up sized without my knowledge.

​”I’m very disappointed because I really wanted to enjoy my meal, and the woman who took my order was initially very friendly. However, my burger was missing condiments. When I asked the woman at the counter if she could simply give me the missing items on the side, she began reaching into my bag and opening my food containers with no gloves on.
​I am currently recovering from major surgery and am immunocompromised—I was even wearing a mask and gloves myself to stay safe. I explicitly told her not to open the bag or touch the food for that reason, but she ignored me and said, ‘This is my job, of course I can go through the bag.’ It showed a complete lack of common sense and basic respect for a customer’s health and safety.
​I requested a refund immediately, which the manager handled, but the lack of hygiene and refusal to listen to a direct health request was unacceptable. I won’t be back.”

I’ve been trying to come here and keep giving chances but after so many times and upset stomachs I give up on this Mcdonalds.. The fries are white and mushy never crispy or cooked, same with the beef always undercooked. I used to love going to this mcdonalds but it’s over with.. the food sent me to the hospital from not being cooked properly.

On September 27th 2025 between the hours of 5:15 to 7:30 pm if you ordered food and you were sick after eating the food I recommend calling corporate after you go to the doctor to get checked out. An employee by the name of Sheila ( not 100% on how she spells her name) customers witnessed her chasing behind another employee spraying disinfectant spray around open and expose food that was being prepared for human consumption. At this point of my review I know that nothing has been done to get rid of this employee who blatantly dis regards to what she was doing was a direct health violation around the food prepping and cooking area as well as a disrespect to the company , the restaurant and the staff not to mention last of all bullying the employee she was chasing around with the disinfectant spray. I threw my food away when I found out. So if you got sick now you know why! The girl guilty of bullying is still working there. Till I know she is gone I wouldn’t eat there!

1 star experience. This location’s process is broken. They lost my mobile. We waited for 35 minutes for them to finally produce the order (from the time of the original order).

Prices keep going up. Quality keeps going down.

This location redeemed itself today, thanks to Constance who went above and beyond the average standard set by her peers. Most pleasant, she sets the standard for a solid guest experience which everyone else should emulate. Gained back 2 stars for this location single-handedly.

Nice upgrades on the place.. the people were nice, the food was cooked right and was actually good.. but the wait time was HORRIBLE. I even put the order on one of the kiosks set up to speed up the process.. but still waited almost 20 mins. With young hungry kids wanting to eat at a reasonable time it was not a good experience.
Overall I think the sport is great, but could use some improvements in the “fast-food” portion of service
