I ordered a coffee and had to wait quite a while before my order was noticed. Then I was given the wrong cup size and a different coffee than I ordered. After some more waiting, they did bring it out, but the cup was still not filled properly, even though I ordered a large.
In the end, it took about fifteen minutes to get a coffee, and I received a messy cup with coffee that was barely warm. Please pay more attention to coffee preparation—it shouldn’t be this complicated.
This is the second time I’ve stopped by. At least this time I received my drink; last time the machine was broken, but at least they informed me about that after about ten minutes.
I hope this location improves its service.

This is the third time in a row I’ve gotten terrible service from this McDonald’s. I’m trying to say what I’m ordering and I was really interrupted. I gave them an opportunity to redeem themselves by saying excuse me, and I was only interrupted again. I realize some may think that there’s no expectancy for good service at a fast food restaurant, but those people would be wrong. People work hard for their money and they expect just a basic human decency

I give honest reviews good or bad. I have gone to this location several times because I lived down the street. This review is based on my most recent visit.
When I checked my order for accuracy through the drive through I could have sworn everything was there. I got home only to realize that the burger was missing from my combo. I went back to mcdonald’s and I was given zero problems with getting my burger. I got back home only to realize that my granddaughter’s cheeseburger was a single and was supposed to be a Mcdouble. I hate paying for things that I don’t get.
The staff was super friendly , but the order was wrong.

I’ve currently been waiting for 28 minutes for my food. This location is consistently slow, and consistently makes errors. I come here occasionally because it is the only one close with a “play area” however I’m not sure it’s been cleaned in the last 12 months. Any other location is better.

Almost 10 minutes to get one chicken biscuit at 1030am, only two cars ahead in drive thru, no big deal sometime you gotta wait. When I got the food on my second bite there was a chewy piece, again no big deal sometimes a piece of chicken has gristle etc. The rest of the sandwich was completely inedible just slimy and chewy. A complete waste of time, definitely know to never come here again.

People don’t come through a drive through to be told to ‘pull up’ and wait 25+ minutes. Then, when the meal is walked out, no apology for the wait or ‘here’s something for next time’… just ‘we’re short staffed’. This is the 2nd time in 3 weeks too that this has happened. It’s a Happy Meal. Get it together. I’m going to the location up the street from now on.

I picked up my order made it home then realized when I take my first bite my burger was raw. I tried calling this location for an about a hour, manager stated then mute the phone during a rush. I had to go up again just to get serviced. I ended up getting my money back and this is the second time this happens!
