If i can give -0 i would horribleee costumer service every time i come here but sadly is the closest to me on my way home this lady at the window couldn’t see her name rude ask for my soda without ice to ill let her know in a nice way i even say sorry for no reason because im not the one that mess up the drink and she just roll her eyes i said thank you 3 TIMESSSSSS she just stay quiet with this mad face on her same thing ordering the food at the speaker NO GOOD MORNING NO YOURE WELCOME like they hate working in there this is everytime i come i call the store to let a manager know NO BODY ANSWER EITHER the food is alright but they need to work with theses employees costumer service is everything and is sad to see this or feel like as a costumer i an annoying to u when all i say was thank you and being nice

This McDonald’s certainly lived up to expectations.
Decided to get something fast to eat there because of proximity to hospital.
Rude, non existent customer service and disgusting food!
This is the type of McDonalds one would expect to see on YouTube, on one of those police body cam videos.
We were waited on by a pleasant young lady with a blonde wig all the way down to her waist and cheap, fake 4-5 inch claw finger nails.
We were the only ones waiting to order.
After waiting for what seemed like an eternity, she finally finished her profanity laced conversation with another colleague and we ordered our garbage, I mean food.
I’ve never had a quarter pounder literally fall apart after taking a bite. I took two bites of this thing and gave up on it.
So, there you have it.

A good location, and very quick. The Customer service here has been great anytime from 8am, or 9pm we have had great people helping us.
This morning I walked over while getting my car detailed and they were extremely fast, and everything was hot and fresh. The gentleman behind the counter was also very nice.
Place was clean and Coffee was top notch.

This isn’t the first, but the second time this has happened, and it got me. Whoever gave me a messed up lid and cup, which held what was my coffee, “made my day”….. I grabbed it, spilled it on my hand, and burned it. Not only that, I couldn’t save it. It was like magic; it flew off my hand and fell on the floor, collapsing on my leg and spilling everywhere. I didn’t even take a sip, thankfully, because if I had, I would have taken a shower of hot coffee. I will likely be going across the street for coffee; at least they will attend to it more carefully.

Employees were friendly. Food was typical McDonald’s fair, however, it was served quickly and it was hot! Kudos to the staff that were friendly, and conscious that people were waiting.

The front desk lady that did my order today (~7pm) was very rude. She didn’t have to be so rude when I misplaced the cash on the cashier table instead of her hand. . .make me want to visit another McDonald’s on my way back from work instead.

I ordered a small fry, cheeseburger, and a small coke in the drive through. It was fast service but by far the worst food I have ever gotten from any McDonalds I have ever been to. The bread on my burger was chewy like it had been sitting out. It is old. Then the fries were almost warm but when I got to the fries that were at the bottom of the bag they were cold cold and soggy. I mean cold cold like they were from this morning or something. It was a small fry and not many were in the sleeve so I just assumed some fell out. I cannot express enough how much I think these fries at the bottom are from yesterday or even last week. I think I might throw up talking about even touching them. That’s ridiculous. It was about 9 fries too at the bottom of the bag. The coke was good. Ice to coke ratio was good but that’s about it. All I am able to take away from my order is a coke.

Always have an issue with Mc Donalds at this point I don’t ever want to go to one. For 1 sauce they wanted me to go back in line and order mind you Im already in the drive thru on top of that they wanted me to pay for 1 dang sauce that should come with my meal ! Here’s my money and I won’t come back! Is ridiculous!!! Manager needs to do better.

This was the worst experience I ordered for curbside pick up. They did not give me all of my fries I was literally missing all 3 for the meals.. plus the wraps provided had mold. And They do not answer the phone
