An ongoing issue is not filling the fry boxes especially since you charge so much for fries. I got a med big Mac meal and this was my fry. This is a small with what I actually got. It’s the same no matter what size you get. The boxes are never filled.

Cannot get as is orders correct and has no one at the counter to handle incidents. Went in to try to get sandwiched fixed. Literally had a line of people with receipts that had not received the right orders. No offer to make things right. An attitude about getting the correct sandwich. I cannot believe this place is still in business with this many errors

I do not understand how hard it is to complete a order. Slow down. I used to be a manager at MCDs and this would not kf been tolerated. It’s like no one has pride in what they do. They think its just MCDs so its not a big deal but your making someone’s food. It was a mess the drinks where not even that crisp mcdonalds soft drinks. Fries were super cold. We were excited to try the new prince meal and we put the salt on it and it was so cold it tasted bad. We warmed it up and it tasted better. The big macs were cold. It’s like these items were staged for the busy hours but not kept in the warmer or over stages. Tone could be friendly. Its a job even if you don’t like it you should smile.

This McDonald’s never honors my request for fresh, made-to-order food. Every visit feels like a standoff, and even when I try to return the order, they only give me “hotter,” not freshly made items. Asking for fresh food shouldn’t be this difficult. I’m avoiding this location from now on… unfortunately this area lacks a McDonald’s location worth returning to.

I’ll just get straight to the point: We ordered 3 hamburgers, a large fry, and an unsweetened tea. All 3 hamburgers had no pickles and barely any ketchup or mustard, they gave me tea/lemonade mix that tasted awful, and the fries were just fine I suppose. The lady that took our order kept leaving for a moment so either they were training or just didn’t care.

I went and ordered 2 cookies and a drink. They told me they had to pull me up. ( They already had 6 cars pulled up). I ended up asking for a refund for the cookies.

The man walked away and came back and said no wait and gave me a crumpled up bag. I would’ve complained on the McDonald’s site but I told them no receipt.

Just be prepared to be pulled up to keep their times low.

This is the SECOND TIME I’ve come to this McDonald’s. The first time I ordered 20 nuggets. They put zero sauce in there. Who wants to eat some dry McDonald’s nuggets?? I called them and spoke to a guy I think is a manager. He asked what I’d like him to do. I had put sauce in the bag next time. I just went. I ordered 6 nuggets, only got a 4 piece, a McDouble, and fries. Honey mustard and buffalo sauce were asked for. Guess what ?!?! No sauce again. I’m done with these people.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I pulled up and ordered my child a happy meal. I had to say the order twice because the person taking the order said “I’m sorry I didn’t hear a thing you said” but seemed as if they were all chit chatting inside the place. After paying I was immediately parked. All the drive thru spots were filled with cars already so they started to park people in the curbside spots. It appears they do this to keep their drive thru times down to please corporate but don’t care that the customer service is horrendous. We waited over 13 minutes for a happy meal that came out cold. Fast food isn’t so fast these days it seems and is poor quality.

3:00pm 10/04/25 actually, I left a review not too long ago under my other profile so I wanna congratulate this McDonald’s on being the most consistently trash location. I gave it another shot today and once again I sat here through my whole lunch break of 30 minutes after receiving my order at the second window, they asked me to go to the third window, where I sat for 25 minutes waiting for them to come tell me they didn’t have a part of my mobile order the way it was told to me was very disrespectful and this is the second day that this has happened. It also happened yesterday, but I made no complaints as I was really hoping that Things would improve and they weren’t as rude yesterday as they were today but now today the woman had an attitude, as if I’m the one who made her wait 30 minutes to be told that her drink wouldn’t be able to be served. This is unacceptable. In fact when I look at it yesterday instead of offering me a refund the lady on the box told me I would have to settle for milkshake. What if I was lactose intolerant this is completely unacceptable And you guys need to be made aware of it so I’m gonna continue to leave comments like these every time I have a bad experience this is just a warning for other people considering going here just go up the block or maybe just skip McDonald’s entire
