This location is literally the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. It’s so frustrating that the whole store has nothing but incompetent people working there. Just about every time we come here, there’s a problem. I can’t say it’s only one certain shift because we’ve experienced issues during every shift. I’ve experienced old fish sandwiches, soaked in old grease. My daughter was given a breakfast sandwich that smelled awful the moment she even took it out the bag. They’ve messed up food of my daughter’s friend. Tonight my husband got me a McChicken and it had a clump of old lettuce. It had brown on it and hard. I took a bite and pulled it out. I’m disgusted that I even had that in my mouth!

Corporate really needs to get involved and clean house. This location is going to get someone sick one day. They need workers in there who actually give a crap to not serve guests nasty food. This a restaurant, you gotta at least care enough to not serve people food that will harm them. If you don’t care, then go work at a clothing store, but nobody in that kitchen should be allowed to be in there. I’m thinking about calling the health department.

This McDonalds used to have great service but not any more! This is the third time within a month that this McDonalds has screwed up our order. This morning we ordered an egg n cheese biscuit and a sausage egg n cheese biscuit. They got 1 out of 2 right. We received a sausage biscuit with no egg and no cheese. Mind you, this is after a 10 min wait in spot #1 !!! On a previous visit we got a Quarter Pounder that must have been sitting for 1/2 to an hour! Hockey puck with stiff cheese! What the heck!!
No more! We’re done with this location.

was on my way to church and i decided i wanted some mcdonald’s for breakfast. I ordered a breakfast platter with a orange juice and i didn’t receive my orange juice when i kindly asked for my orange juice the lady was IMMEDIATELY rude and said you didn’t order it so to not hold up someone else’s order i pulled around to come inside, the rudeness continued it was a manager in a teal shirt race African american and another one race hispanic. as i was waiting for my orange juice that i had to purchase because they made an error i heard the team chattering about the situation and then proceeding to laugh about it. after waiting for over 5 minutes they proceeded to tell me that now they were out of orange juice. overall my customer service experience was terrible and i hope mcdonald’s hires more respectful staff who actually show up and wanna work.

That was my entire interaction with the downright mean and unfriendly staff here. Sorry your life sucks, but don’t take it out on me. If your staff is going to act this way, you have no right to put a sign on the door saying you won’t tolerate yelling at your staff. Seems like they’re trying to initiate a bad experience.

Oh, and the kiosk you want us to use because you don’t want to interact with customers was broken hut didn’t notify me until after I had completed my entire order.

People love to complain when the service is awful, I totally get that. But the last few times I’ve been to the location my experience has been quick, friendly and amazing! Especially after my son‘s happy meal came up short with a few items. Hey we’re human we all make mistakes. I called up to the restaurant to notify management of the mishap and to let them know I was heading back up. I spoke to a gentleman named Damion who said come see him to make it right. And I did and he definitely made it right. Without a question. I’ve been living in this area for a little over three years now and this McDonald’s in the past has been hit or miss. But as of late it has been a big hit! Keep up the good work!

My first time ordering from this location (Jan2025) and I ordered the 40 nuggets and filet o fish to reach $15 to get the McDonald’s app’s free 10 nuggets through McDelivery.

I got my order within 15 minutes (I live 5 minutes away only) but it was missing 10 nuggets. My partner ordered nuggets as well and got all his but didn’t get any sauces he selected.

I called the McDonald’s 800 line from the app and the person offered to return the deal to my app to use again! What?? I don’t want another coupon for a bogus deal I want my nuggets or a refund….which is what I told her. She placed me on hold for a minute or two. Came back and said she could refund the filet o fish I paid for which is like $4. Not even the price of 10 nuggets. Which I was supposed to have. Absurd.

Mind you, we placed these orders specifically to get 100 nuggets to complete the 100 nugget challenge. So with 90 nuggets, we called the site number for McDonalds. They answered and said we could come back and get the 10 nuggets.

So even though we ordered delivery, we ended up going to the McDonald’s to get those 10 nuggets to make 100. (Around 820pm on a Tuesday)

Upon arrival someone was already waiting after having spoken to a cashier. We waited probably 3 minutes before we even saw someone come to register. She gave us the 10 nuggets without issue.

visited this McDonald’s today after picking my kids up from school, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The young woman taking my order was laughing and joking with her coworkers while I was ordering. I ordered two 6-piece nugget kids’ meals with barbecue sauce along with other items. She even asked if I wanted a bottle of water, which I did not, and I repeated my order back to her.

When I reached the payment window, I was not given a receipt. At the pickup window, I was handed only a 4-piece kids’ meal with no sauce, apple slices, and a drink, along with the rest of my order. When I explained this was wrong, I was told, “This is your order.” The employees laughed instead of correcting the mistake, which I found very unprofessional.

When I asked for a refund, I was told to pull up to another window and wait after giving them my card. This level of customer service is unacceptable. In the mornings, the employees here are professional and take their jobs seriously, but the afternoon staff seem to play around, laugh at customers, and do not pay attention to orders.

Because of this poor service, I had to drive 15 minutes down the road to another McDonald’s franchise to get the food I originally wanted. Customers should not have to deal with this kind of unprofessional behavior and inconvenience.

Don’t know how difficult it is to make sure all the items purchased are inside the bag before handing the order to the customer is. This place has gone down heel when it comes to their service. It seems they don’t appreciate that THANKS to the CUSTOMERS the place is operating. If you don’t want to take your job seriously then quit and let that position be filled by someone that wants to do the job.

Well after all the reviews and it’s obvious management and owners dont care. I dont expect a McDonald’s to have a high bar, but this location has to be the worst I have ever dealt with. Order is never right, when you bring it up to them, they look at you like it’s your fault. Go anywhere else.

I ordered a number 3, and after waiting a few minutes they had me move my car out of the way, as I guess the food, one hamburger and French fries and a coke, was taking too long. So I pulled over to where they said to go and waited. The car that was behind me, same thing, they had to pull in the spot next to me. I waited for about 15 minutes and when the food finally came, the girl had an attitude. No thank you, no I’m sorry, nothing but attitude. I then drove home, about 5 minutes away, and the food was cold, not just “not hot” but actually cold. To many options to deal with this. I did enjoy stopping at this location occasionally, but I doubt that I will bother them again.

Just got an invitation to go and fill something else out. No thank you! Like I said I will not bother this location again and I will recommend that everyone I know also leave this location alone. They have so much business they can afford to lose a few.
