Unfortunately the food was cold when we revived it. There was hardly any fries in the kids meal. I formed a staff member they were out of cokehe then give me a cup with “coke” and it was doctor pepper. The place was not crowded and it seemed to be clan, so that was good. The kid area was a nice place for the kids to hang out and it was also clean. Just wished the food would have been hot and that staff seemed more ever to help.

I just left the place and before that I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal only cheese and ketchup for my kid, it had onion, so I had to wait for it to be fixed even though the tag said it. They fixed it cool and left, while in the hwy I was giving my kid the meal and when I pulled the fries out there was a human hair in it, so I eneded up not letting her eat anything and now we are in our way to get a different meal from somewhere else. Please do what I should’ve done and verify EVERYTHING before leaving this place. That’s disgusting!!!!! I was trying to upload the picture, but isn’t letting me do it.

I go to this McDonald’s somewhat often and it’s such a coin flip on whether my order is going to be right or not. On multiple occasions, I’ve ordered stuff and it’s either not what I ordered or completely wrong. For example: Today, my friend ordered a $5 meal deal with 2 Dr Pepper and I got a Bacon QPC with a LG Sweet Tea. My friend did not get his sauces and I did not get my sweet tea or bacon on my sandwich. I completely understand mistakes happen and that’s completely fine but it is very consistent with this location. Multiple times I’ve also ordered sweet tea and gotten unsweet tea. The food quality is usually good here and better than most McDonald’s but I just wish my order was correct from time to time.

Order Details: Drive-thru, Frappé ordered and paid for.
The incompetence at this McDonald’s location is truly stunning. I ordered a simple Frappé, paid for it immediately, and was then abruptly shuffled into the dreaded “waiting area.” Ten minutes. TEN MINUTES we sat there, watching multiple cars get their entire hot meal orders before mine, only to be told they “forgot” to make a single cold drink.
When the manager or whoever finally realized their monumental error, the girl who took my order had the audacity to deliver the line, “Oh well, sorry ’bout that,” with a literal smirk plastered across her face. Seriously? A smirk? You wasted a quarter of an hour of my time because of your mistake, and your customer service recovery involves blatant disrespect and an attitude problem.
If you can’t handle a basic drive-thru order for one drink, you have no business being in the fast-food industry. This wasn’t just slow service; it was forgetful, unapologetic, and openly contemptuous. Do better. Actually, just go somewhere else entirely.

First of all the employees. This one girl with glasses has so much attitude like just do your job bro and the mens bathrooms god horrendous its so flithy theres water at the floor uncleaned toilets and it smells bad and the drinking station looks like it hasnt been touched for years its nasty do not recommend this mcdonalds for dine in for drive thru probably is better but does not change the fact that the employees are rude anything but doing their job i swear to god.

One of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. Patty was rock hard bun was rock hard forgot to add condiments for some reason bacon was in my burger when I never even ordered bacon. My Mc crispy had literally only tendons of the chicken I do not even know how that is possible. They forgot the sauce I paid for. And this is the only review I have made for a fast food place or any place. my experience was so bad I had to leave a review.

I’ve never been to a place that is so incredibly rude. The food was fine it was what you’d expect from McDonald’s. But both of the workers I interacted with were extremely rude. I pay for my food I go to the pick up window. The girl at the window keep giving me dirty looks and side eyes and there’s someone at the third window so I assume that maybe I’m supposed to go up there and quickly realized that wasn’t the case. I know now I look stupid. So I go inside to apologize for the inconvenience and get the food I paid for and there’s no one working the front counter but there’s a manager taking food back and forth through the lobby. I wait there a few minutes before flagging the guy down and he raised his voice at me saying “YEP I KNOW WHO YOU ARE GIVE ME A SECOND” and I got my food a few minutes later. I work in food service so I always Will give service workers grace when I can tell they are stressed but these people were just flat out rude. Don’t go here

The new person you have recently hired or that has been transferred to your location is AWFUL!!! KS# 13 SHOULD NOT WORK THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW!! Terrible, Unpleasant Demeanor is what she delivers at the Drive Thru window. I have been coming to this location for the past 3 years and this is the first time I have had to encounter this behavior from you staff. She should definitely be monitored or perhaps moved to the Lobby to take orders then you would see/understand that she is not a Customer Service Oriented Individual. I come to your location because it is close to my Job. I am going to strongly consider going out my way to patron the McDonald’s close to my place of residency but a little out the way for me. Please, please reconsider putting her at the Drive Thur window.

Nuggets looked disgusting, no type of communication. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and fries used my code, the worker in the next window was acting like he didn’t know what i was saying when i was very clearly. In the next window she was taking mad long with the food, then when i said there was no salt on the fries she said “Ok” I pulled up to the next window she gave me fries there was still NO salt after i waited about 10 minutes for it to be done. This establishment is horrible. Get new workers and have better attitudes when talking to PAYING customers.
