This is the closest fast food joint next to me or I’d go literally anywhere else. How is it that I order on the app roughly 15min before I arrive and for some reason I have to wait another 5+ minutes in the “hold” parking (or whatever it’s called) after waiting in the drive thru line?

If I wanted to wait for my expensive breakfast, I would’ve went literally anywhere else and wouldn’t bother with ordering ahead.

Then the woman giving me my drinks took forever to do so and didn’t grab my straws and instead opted to yell at me saying, “you don’t want your straws?!”. I yelled back to put them in my bag as I can’t back up in a drive thru…

Maybe if she spent less time playing dress up (I’ve seen some wild outfits for the last month. Isn’t there a uniform?), they could actually have energy to do their jobs? Or perhaps, if I wasn’t being handed drinks at a snail’s pace while she spoke with everyone else in the store, I would’ve gotten my straws from her. Also, why are they telling people to park before they hand off the drinks and utensils anyway?

When I finally get my food, there’s no straws and the woman tells me how “the hash browns are fresh”, as if they did me a favor making me wait as I’m already running late for the day. Wish I could say the same for my rock hard sandwich. So, they essentially had my sandwich sitting under a heat lamp for god knows how long so I could have “fresh” hashbrowns (key phrase for “we forgot to drop the fryer items in time”).

If this was my only issue, it’s whatever. But idk how many times I’ve had issues with them forgetting things, gross food, unhelpful employees, in the past year. They also had an issue with not giving all the monopoly pieces during a previous promotion, but I digress.

Get it together. It’s McDonald’s, it shouldn’t be this difficult to order and recieve food. Also, if your drive times are bad, that’s a YOU problem. Stop parking everybody and just get the food out. Especially when there’s only a grand total of 3 cars in the line.

The ladies at both windows this AM we’re absolutely delightful. The first one was Desiree but I didnt get the name of the other. Keep her on the window, it’s working. I ordered a steak and cheese biscuit (which was also made perfectly) and had some questions. No frustration, no faces, didnt rush me. They were both just friendly and smiling which makes a GREAT start on a work day. Its sooo rare now to get good, genuine customer service so thank you ladies! I will go out of my way to be back

Service was extremely slow and rude, the fries were soggy and unsalted. We had to ask the workers for our drinks 3+ times. It took an insane amount of time for us to get our food and the employees were just sitting around in the back. My fillet of fish looked like it was assembled by an artic troll. Completely disappointed.

The service here was the worst i have ever experienced. There was one great young lady however everyone in the back ignored me and my group when we asked them for something as simple as a cup or napkin. The manger may need to revise the way this McDonald’s is run.

Was horrible. My cousin didnt get half of what she ordered and then when she asked to have it remade since it was wrong.. they told her she would have to go inside to pay, since they cannot take payments at the second window. Which is bs since ive seen them do it plenty of times. This place gets worse and worse. I know neither of us will be going back!

Fast, friendly and my food actually looked like the picture. Burger was picture worthy (I already ate it) and my fries were perfectly golden and salted. This is the first time I looked at McDonald’s and genuinely said “wow, that’s perfect”

Very nice ambiance… they don’t have call ahead seating.. so there’s no guarantee you’ll be seated in a reasonable amount of time. I am well connected so I just mentioned that I knew the chef, so i had a table in no time. Mostv likely due to my name dropping, the food arrived fast. I must have arrived late because I didn’t see the hors d’oeuvres menu. They must have run out of Chilean sea bass, but filet de fish on a artisanal bun was available. The presentation was exquisitely geometric!! Huzzah!
