These are three individual sandwiches where it seems whoever hates their job working in the back squirts ketchup all over the wrapper then smears the buns over it as they assemble the rest of the sandwich.
I know you dont have to have an education to work at mcdonalds but you would think anyone with part of their brain still intact could atleast get condiments on the food.
Fire whoever is back there and get someone that puts any effort at all into their job.

These people including the manager are a joke, $10.14 for the “Big Breakfast” and you get a one piece of Bacon that is 2” long? They actually refused to give me another piece of proper size so I took the plate back and said remake with sausage, at which point they gave me the sausage. While this location is generally good for lunch & dinner, breakfast is a rip off of massive proportions, never again.

what happened to FAST food?? no matter how busy or slow this store is, they will ALWAYS have you pull into a parking spot. doing it through the mobile app and waiting in line should be plenty of time to flip a burger?? also a 15 minute wait MINIMUM. something needs to give at this place.

We received our food through the drive through and multiple of our burgers were raw. Not slightly pink, but entirely raw. I understand mistakes happen, but this is a health hazard. Definitely disappointed and honestly disgusted.

Stupid slow service and pulled the ENTIRE drive through line into the “online pickup” spaces cause their service sucks so bad they cant run a regular drive through and get people food fast enough. Its not a drive through uf you have to park and wait 20 minutes after placing an online order ahead of time even and get old fries anyway…

Just came through ordered a sausage and cheese McGriddle got a “cheese McGriddle” no sausage, ordered a sweet tea got water, used my point for a free hash brown got a one that was ripped in half, I will be calling to get my order re-made. I understand it’s early but this is just incompetent.

Let me just start off by saying I do understand it’s MCDonalds but the level of rudeness is at an all time high especially coming from a manager. We get to the window . It’s awhile before we can order ( I get it; it’s McDonald’s) . We finally order she says pull forward (no price but okay; typical). We finally get the window the girl says an order that’s not right we politely correct her & say what we ordered. Next we wait.. wait .. then one of the crew members asks us to pull up because the steak wasn’t ready for our steak biscuit. Mind you it’s someone in front of us waiting. Finally we get our food & our food looks like it was just thrown together. My husband biscuit was hard as a rock. By this point we just leave because we’ve already been waiting & we already didn’t feel like it would matter. We will never come to this location ever again. Just be mindful of what can happen at this location. These reviews are spot on. Whoever owns this location you really need to take a look at your establishment. No customer service whatsoever. Good day. Never ever ever again…

Food is always good but I try to avoid this location if im doing a mobile order. They never have it ready even if I order 15 minutes in advance. Im always pulled up which personally, eliminates the whole point of ordering ahead. Its like they always start my order when I get there which is annoying.
