Arrived at 11:30 am. No one in the drive through. Order Big Mac comb. With no onions and no pickle . They send me to the wait parking spot. Mind you, no one in line but me. I get my order….cold fries, and no receipt. I paid with credit card. How do I know they charged me correctly. I asked for receipt. He didn’t have it. They never provide receipt at this place. If you leave and come back because your order is wrong how do you prove it without receipt. This place is poorly managed as I have made multiple complaints about this issue with no change…..

I moved to Loxahatchee about 2 years ago and every time and I do mean every time that me and my four kids have gone to the McDonald’s which McDonald’s is their favorite place to go eat but that has changed after 2 years the McDonald’s on Orange Is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever gone to and we used to live by 45th Street and Military where their McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s ever and I really truly thought that I truly thought that was the worst one but I have come to find out that the customer service the passion and caring and having pray for your work is dead at this McDonald’s for everyone looked at me when I asked about my food as if I was crazy and didn’t know no better I know better now than to ever go to McDonald’s and trust them with my kids food again or even listening to what we are ordering for many times they’ve given me exactly what I have not ordered so I suggest never going to this place and if McDonald’s is your favorite well ours is Burger King now

I visited the area for a week. 3 of the 4 times I ordered at the drive thru, they had me pull around and wait for literally 10 minutes. I ordered a single breakfast sandwich meal.

Placed an order which was wrong…I dont understand how… when the drive-thru only is open….you can get an order wrong. It appeared the bosses were working the window…not kids….it was still wrong. The screen was correct…but the order was not. Can’t read? Don’t get it….

The customer service / management is not doing their job. The drive-thru line is constantly moving but yet there is no one to help customers at the counter! I understand drive through may be priority but when you have 5 plus people waiting at the counter for food or to order you still need to acknowledge them and not just ignore them till you catch up on the drive-thru.

I ordered two burgers, nuggets and a smoothie. The nuggets were cold on the inside (as if out of the freezer and poorly fired) and one of the double cheese burgers had no patties. This is the second time this location messes up an order. Just don’t serve people if this the service that you provide.
