Great McDonald’s! The inside and outside of this location is spotless. We got our Egg McMuffins quickly and they were hot and fresh! The manager runs this place efficiently and is on top of everything! I was amazed at how many drive thru-orders he was taking in rapid succession! All of the staff here is very nice, especially Lisa! She was so nice and sweet and took great care of my Mom with a senior coffee! Kudos to Lisa for being so nice and friendly! I’m lovin’ it!! 😉 Keep up the great work!! We will be back! 🙂

Very poor and very slow service. We were 4 of about 15 people in there so near empty. A good 5-10 staff, standing around ‘chatting’ our simple 4no breakfast muffin meals took 35 minutes to come and I had to tell the manager twice what the order was. No apologise just here it is.
Will not got back and would avoid not going there. Other people also upset and annoyed with delay.

I’m not too sure who the morning manager is but he definitely is doing an outstanding job! Every other day I go to this location specifically in the mornings, and his attitude is bright and happy. He is thrilled to take care of you and even remembers your order! I hope you get a chance to deal with this nice manager

This morning was the forth time that I have gone to this location for a breakfast sandwich and ask to have their breakfast sauce put on both sides of my breakfast sandwich, when they only put a small amount of it on only one side of it. I check my sandwich and of course, the same issue. I went back to the drive thru lane now frustrated, and the MGR tells me not to be upset and to pull around and they will fix it. Then I pull around and their are now three cars in front of me (that’s understandable) so I’m more frustrated now. Bottom line, I guess this location can’t follow customers wishes. So I’m done with this location and more then likely all McDonald’s/

I had to pull up to wait for my food for over 10 mins. I walk in and they are standing around talking, obviously forgot about my order. Then I get home and my order was wrong. I only ordered an egg McMuffin, and they couldn’t get that right. So I’m adding to my first review. Once again they screwed up my order. This place used to be to be awesome. It sure has gone downhill in the last 6 months. First window is never open do obviously they are confused and overwhelmed. What a shame.

Did a mobile order. Been in line 17 mins. The car infront of me had to get out his car and bang on the window. Anywhere else u mobile order the McDonald’s is way faster. This is a very slow location. Finally got up to the window and they don’t even apologize for the long wait. Please fix this.

Absolutely the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been in. Dirty, loud and smelly. I was not met at the counter and after a minute, I asked a female employee if there was anyone working the counter. You’d have thought by the way she reacted that i had interrupted major surgery. Later, when I asked for a refill of unsweetened ice tea I was told that there was none. Not, “We will be making some” out anythings of the sort. Just handed me back the cup and walked away.

I’ve had two very unpleasant experiences at this McDonald’s with the same person, who seems to be the manager or supervisor (fair skin, short, blonde hair). His attitude is rude and completely unprofessional.
The first time, I was with my two young children, one of them a baby. I selected table service because it was impossible for me to carry the trays, yet he refused to bring the food to my table and forced me to pick it up at the counter.
Some time later, I decided to give this location another chance, this time through the drive-thru. After waiting more than 10 minutes at my speaker, several cars behind me were served first in the other lane. When I asked at the window why my order was ignored, this same man rudely told me I had to go back and get in line again, even though it was clearly my turn. When I asked to cancel my order, he slammed the window in my face in a very disrespectful manner.
This level of treatment is unacceptable, especially from someone who appears to be in a position of responsibility. McDonald’s should pay closer attention to the quality of customer service provided by its supervisors.

Extremely slow service. As in, beyond not normal slow. You may spend 15 minutes waiting for a cup of coffee. Oh, the drive thru is slow too. Nothing nice to say about this branch. Shameful.

Didn’t immediately recognize the Mcdonalds from outside, but went in around 10:15 and got excellent service. Had to pay with cash and a young lady was immediately ready and happy to help. Food came out within a couple minutes fresh and delicious. My wife only eats egg and cheese bagels, and she said this was the best one she has gotten from a Mcdonalds. Great experience!
