They tried to say lobby was closed at 8pm when they had customers inside and sign said lobby open until 10pm, but the door was locked. However the entrance they had open was a construction mess with a huge drop off. I have a bad knee and walk with a cane and almost fell trying to get inside, then the food was terrible after we recieved it. I literally spit the first bite out and got food elsewhere. A customer asked why the door was locked and was told “we are closed” then the employee walked away. This McDonald’s always has some issue and they honestly need to have someone come figure out how they are so messed up.

Go to Wendy’s . My name is Ricky Richards I want everybody to know how I feel . No more McDonald’s for me. Wendy’s is way way better. Another McDonald’s that does not give customer service inside. You go to the register the girl will sit there and look at you in the eyes while texting on her phone instead of doing her job walk away from the register and tell you to use the kiosk the time was 12:50 on Thursday August 9th in case any of you McDonald’s owners would like to go back to their video and see the girl that’s texting on her phone instead of doing her job which I know isn’t texting on the phone. Wish I could take a picture of this girl but I’d probably get in trouble for doing that but since you got cameras you can see who did that should be fired

Either the hours are wrong or the employee working the late shift does not care. I went through the drive-through twice, honked and knocked on the window, and was just flat out ignore. Location says 24/7, but from the previous 1 star reviews, I should have known better. The picture is a headset sitting on a work station so the customers get ignored. Do better

Had the most horrible service and the manager was walking around cussing customers out . Very lazy staff would see people standing at the counter and would look at them and just turn their heads as they weren’t even there . Was surprised on how the manger was walking around talking .

I’ve become addicted to the McDonald’s mocha frappe. I go all around my town and sometimes a little further afield, and almost always have to stop and get a small mocha frappe. My favorite meal is breakfast. My local McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s I have visited lately. It seems the restaurant is understaffed. There is not enough staff to work the cash register so, they expect everybody to use the kisok. Not everyone knows how to use those, so it’s very frustrating and you don’t have a cashier. Going through the drive- through took us about 30 minutes or more. I’m sorry that things aren’t better at that restaurant but I can say that it’s close enough to my house that I will continue to go there. Thank you

This is a good spot during the day not too many problems , the Night Shift completely different story if you see lights off people inside nobody coming out to let you know what’s going on do not waste your time , laziest of the bunch and you will sit in line for 30min to a 1 hour

We order McDonald’s( Walterboro, SC)here and there in a pinch during the week. Sometimes it’s decent, but lately, it hasn’t been that great. Every cheeseburger is soggy. The bread is wet and mushy, and it’s disgusting. We have to throw it away every time. The other thing is this McDonald’s doesn’t do anything with ice cream. No hot fudge sundaes. I’ve never heard of that before. It’s a 50/50 shot at this location.

Turtle speed service. They don’t care. And your order will never be correct. Drive thru average time is 15 minutes. If you go in you will stand for 15 minutes while they watch you stand there. Orders piled up on the table they aren’t handi out. Don’t come here. There is better service and food elsewhere.

This restaurant in Jupiter on Indiantown Road that is closest to KFC has awful service, rude employees and very understaffed which could account for the service and attitude. I’m a sympathetic person and know what it’s like to work when you’re short staffed and have so much to get done that you feel like a chicken running around with it’s head cut off but there’s no reason to totally ignore someone standing in front of you. I ordered via the app and was parked for curbside pickup and waited for 30 minutes so I decided to go inside to pick up my order where I stood for another 20 minutes trying to politely get the attention of the 3 different employees finally one of them acknowledged me and I explained that I had been waiting almost an hour for my order. The thing was I could see my order on the counter behind her and she finally looked at it and brought it to me. The frappuccino that had been sitting there was warm and the food was cold not to mention part of the order was missing. My husband and grandsons were waiting in the car and my husband is in be ad health so I didn’t bother arguing over it plus I don’t send food back if it’s incorrect because someone might put a booger in it. I’ve complained to the corporate office and will be issued a refund and voucher for free food. I should have known better than to go here because something happened similar before but I had forgotten until afterwards when my husband reminded me. The one thing that bothered me the most is that people of a different race was treated with a smile and concern. And by the way I’m white and the employees and other customers were African American and no I’m not racist. Shame on them! Unless you’re starving and nothing else is opened I wouldn’t go to this particular restaurant but perhaps at another time with other employees it may be wonderful!
