About a month ago I stopped by here for dinner and the drive thru line took 45 minutes to get through
Today I got a hot chocolate and it’s just chocolate milk. I’ve gotten mcDs hot chocolate before multiple times and it had flavor. This just tastes like milk with maybe a little chocolate in it.

Hash browns were stuck to the inside of the bag…oil dripping off everything not drained the worst ever…lol I thought that had a rack thay put them on to drain extra oil so there crispy.

Waiting for five mins for a refill is nuts. If the machine is down, you let the customer know that “it’s down and it’s going to be a few mins while you get it working.” You must communicate what is happening so you don’t end up with unhappy customers. Let us know what’s going on because no one is working the front end, and we don’t know if you forgot about our request.
No one came out to clean the tables, no one greets, no one working the counter. McDonald’s is all over the world, and you decide to eliminate cashiers, so now no one is working the front end. This is horrible. Just asking for ketchup will take several minutes because everyone is working the kitchen and drive through.

Also, no salt on fries is criminal!

How is anyone supposed to keep an eye on the dining room? The teenagers playing loud music on their phones, hanging out like this, is their living room. No thanks. So sloppy. Get it to get McDonald’s, especially this manager or shift lead in the navy top, asking for people to be respectful when she doesn’t communicate with customers. Hire more people and fire her!

This place could not decide whether their frappe machine was broken or needed to be cleaned two different managers 20 minutes later I finally get my refund after first being offered 2 soft drinks instead of a frappe both of them walked off multiple times could not understand me nor speak very well English to help me out with any of the issue I will not return here again the customer service is garbage and your preparations for a busy morning suck

Coffee was Luke warm, breakfast burritos had little to no filling in them. The first set of burritos were hard on the ends and I asked them for fresh ones, not much better. Egg McMuffin was cold.

They are not very attentive at all and don’t really care anything to do with the people inside the restaurant. Seems they’re number one. Focus is the drive-through and that’s it. You can see in the video. I stood at the counter for eight minutes before getting a refill. That’s just when I was videotaping. I was there for at least Five minutes before I started videotaping.(Google will only let me post up to a 30 second clip.

We often stop by this McDonald’s before or after camping trips with the Scouts, and in the past, we’ve usually had very good experiences here with quick service and hot food. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing.

After camping at the Jupiter Lighthouse, we came here for breakfast and ordered two Bacon, Egg McGriddles, one Egg McMuffin, and a hash brown. The restaurant wasn’t busy, but it took a while to get our order. When it finally arrived, the hash brown was overcooked (it seemed like it had been fried twice), and the food was cold by the time we got the three waters we requested—about 15 minutes later.

Customer service also fell short. We stood at the counter for several minutes without being greeted or helped, so we used the self-order kiosk. When we needed assistance, it took over six minutes for someone to acknowledge us but I had to follow an employee to our table as the we’re delivering our food to request waters.

It also seems like more McDonald’s locations are moving the drink machines behind the counter. While that might work for some setups, it makes something as simple as getting water unnecessarily complicated. A self-service water station with cups would have solved this issue and saved everyone time.

This location has been great in the past, and we hope this was just an off day. We’ll likely give it another try in the future, trusting the excellent service we’ve experienced before will return.

The worst McDonald’s we ordered online and were waiting at the window after no one talked through the intercom and then multiple people stared at us and didn’t even tell us they werent making are food that we had already ordered. It’s just crazy to let us sit here for 20mins without just telling us your closed. I live 5 mins away and will now be driving to a different one everyday. And on my boyfriends birthday.

We had been traveling for a while. So when we stopped, we started with the restroom. Walking through the door into the restaurant we noticed the tray return and trash can were overflowing. People had to just sit their trash on top because the trashcans were too full.
The womens restroom was nasty. Trash was piled up on both sides of the toilet to the top of the tank. Someone’s braided hair weave was laying on top of the pile.
The report from the mens room was even worse. Toilet paper all over the floor. The urinal water was running, overflowing, and going across the floor. Luckily there was a floor drain.
There was a sign on the stall that said “OUT OF SURVIS”, and I understand why. There was feces smeared all over the toilet seat. It was literally completely covered! There was also feces on the wall.
The work crew sounded like they were having a good time cutting up with each other.
After waiting a few minutes to be noticed, we ended up just leaving.

Staff was friendly.
Service was slow, however it was a busy time.
We spend nearly $40 and had to pull off to the side and our food was cold, my double cheeseburger was so old the bun was hard. The French fries were cold. Our quarter pounders were cold. I don’t know how you get cold food considering we had to pull over and wait for our food and also with how busy they were.
