This place is the worst. I came back even though the woman manager with the short hair is rude and does not know how to provide customer satisfaction when their machine have default. Fast forward I go through late night for a quick meal and I paid for a large fry. I never check my bag. Shame on me right for trusting but Im tired. I pull my large fry and realize literally there is no fries in this container. I looked in the bag thinking maybe the reason I waited was because they were fresh frys and they were hot and she waste them in the bag. Not 1 fry stragglers. I LOVE McDonald’s but this was the last straw for this locations and it’s .3 miles from me. I will drive further for better service. Thanks but no thanks. Go to the Military locations if you on Boynton Beach Blvd not Jog. Please don’t let my review be the I told you so review. Save yourself take your business elsewhere. Do to inflation we deserve better service.

It’s crazy how we trust to stop by McDonald’s and get breakfast or lunch for us or our children’s and this is what I found on my breakfast today on September 16, 2025. You guys be careful what you’re eating from these people because we don’t know now. There’s paper in between my egg and meat I don’t know how much I ate from it so disappointed

Stopped by on Thanksgiving day for a quick bite from a trip. The Filet o fish sandwich had a weird size of cheese inside. The fries were hard. Not coming back; shared my experience with family and local friends.

This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The burger was completely overcooked—dry and tough—and the fries were so overly salted that they were basically inedible. I expect fast food quality, but this was far below even that standard. Very disappointing.

I don’t believe it’s by coincidence that 2 of the worst McDonalds in Boynton Beach are both on Boynton Beach Blvd, military and Jog rd. When you’re ordering your food it’s like you’re speaking a foreign language and your order always gets messed up. It never fails. On top of that, how are you going to be mad because I’m dissatisfied with you messing up my order. Worst service ever.

Never want to come back again. The moment I walked in the door, with a small bag of trash, a woman greeted me pretty rudely saying, “you are not allowed to throw outside trash here. Take it outside.” Never in my life have I been told where to throw my trash, other than ANY available bin. No good morning or anything either, only a very stiff attitude and obvious laziness to change the inside trashes, since the ones outside can just pile up and be forgotten about. That and they will gossip in creole right in front of you, manager included.

The workers are very unprofessional. I asked the drive through worker for a double cheeseburger with no relish she misheard and thought I said lettuce and when I corrected her she got mad and started having and attitude telling me all the ingredients. I also asked for a mcchicken instead they gave me another double cheeseburger. I was then given a WARM drink with no ice and the woman at the drive through proceeded to make me get out the car to get my food rather than handing it to me. The service and atmosphere was absolutely terrible and unacceptable. The only way i will forgive this act of indecency is through free food with the CORRECT items i ordered and a drink with ICE. one star.

Busy location, corner of Boynton Beach Blvd and jog road. They have two lanes for drive-thru orders. Small inside with maybe a dozen seats . They have kiosks inside.

Nice store, with self-order kiosks. One of the few stores where you can get your own refills, or water instead of waiting while employees hide behind the wooden slats, pretending that they don’t see you.
