Very disrespectful staff. They over charged me for my items. I normally order an egg biscuit and they charged me $8 for each of them when the price for it is $4. Also, their staff needs to correct their attitude before the mess with the wrong person. I will definitely not be returning to this McDonald’s. I’m very disappointed. I would recommend going to a different location.

If you ever get your order correct as this McDonalds, then congratulations. We’ve been to this location numerous times and I can’t recall a time where the order was correct. The food is McDonalds food, so it’s all the same. Lack of management at this location causes it to suffer. When dining in, there’s no service and nobody wants to help you.

Mcdonalds isn’t praiseworthy but my pregnant wife asked me to get some fruit punch on my way home from work but I had passed the grocery store already and decided to go to McDonald’s not even sure if they had any. They were taking orders at the last window instead of the speaker and i got there and I asked if they had any fruit punch and was told yes so I handed my card and the person( I won’t identify just in case this would get them fired) refused my card and gave it to me for free. They didn’t seem to be expecting praise for it but again, thank you employee for doing something even so small like that. Meant a lot to me and my wife loved the drink

I must have waited 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of me. And they were already there when I pulled up. This is the slowest fast food I have ever ordered. I said no onions on my Double Cheese Burger. I wanted two grimace shakes. I got one grimace shake one vanilla shake. Without straws! And yes, there were onions on my double cheeseburger. The Burger went in the garbage Along With everything else I was already a mile away. That’s my third bad experience with this place. All because I don’t want to drive a half a mile further. I recommend you drive Half mile east and there’s another Is mcdonalds there.

The complete opposite of FAST food. This place couldn’t be any slower. The staff inside don’t have or show any initiative. It’s the closest one to my house and the one that is on my way to work. Half the time I end up leaving the drive thru because I can’t wait any longer. Once I sat at the Order Speaker for almost 10min, saging hellow and Honking. I decided to park and walk in. The shift manager was sitting at a table eating while the rest of the staff were just talking and laughing in the kitchen. I now stand at the register just watching until I actually have to ask the manager if anyone planned on helping me. She sighed, called one of the employees by name, who literally rolled their eyes at me, and ask me what I wanted with an attitude. I don’t know how this place is allowed to carry the name McDonald’s. Avoid this location if you have any other options. Unfortunately the employees have no interest in working, and the managers are the ones setting that example. I personally just wont be going back. Such a long list of horrible reviews, and yet it keeps going as is.

My favorite McDonald’s is renovating and only had drive thru so I went across town to boynton and jog location and I’m glad I did . Fast service with a manager who actually manages . Food was good. Dining room is tiny and I’m sure during peak sitting Is a issue but Wednesday 10am tables were open . Coffee might be better than boca . Been back 3 times and always a good breakfast hot and fast

Save yourself a headache. Drive to a different McDonald’s. Inside is closed. Drive thru only according to the guy in the drive-through he said because they’re short staffed, not sure what difference that makes? Out of all soda, ordered a chocolate milk for my daughter with her happy meal and they forgot it, also wait time in drive thru at least 20 minutes.
